Water access house Acadia National Park Schoodic Point

We had a great time staying at this property - easy to find - good quiet location. The house was clean and well equipped with everything we could have needed.

Excellent location. The home was very comfortable and immaculate. Any thing we needed was right there. Our host was available by text and or phone. We had a great time!!

Host was awesome and addressed any of our needs quickly. The property is lovely, comfortable, large & open with all the appliances and amenities needed.It is in a good location close to Acadia National Park, as well as Winter Harbor & Ellsworth which has all the stores, restaurants shopping you would need.Our only issue (which the host obviously could not control) were the flying/biting insects on the in the area which we did not expect in Sept.

Cozy house with open design makes it perfect for gathering in living areas. Plenty of rooms for privacy at night.Well furnished house with plenty of cook-ware.

My family has an excellent time staying here for the week! There are tons of shops nearby, the host is very responsive, and the secluded nature of the home makes for a nice stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Had great time, nice to have trails close by

Several home projects in process on the property. We (3 female co workers) were told a window AC unit was being replaced but the owner and his handyman were in the house until 9 PM; five hours after our check in time. It was uncomfortable and disappointing. We were exhausted from a full day of driving. We paid full price and expected full use.

Property was located pretty central to what we needed to do on our trip.

Lisa was a wonderful host; she was very kind and responsive to any questions or concerns.

Dining area a little dirty, cobwebs with insects in the corner by bedroom, dried silly string on walls and ceiling. It would have been nice to have been notified in advance that the front yard was torn up for repairs.

We had 4 adults and on 4-year old. The house and bedrooms were perfect for our group. It gave us a good base for 3 days in the area - first time on Schoodic Peninsula. Short drive to Bar Harbor for more sights, shopping and eating. Pretty crowded, but manageable. We would do it again!

We stayed at this house for just one overnight, but it was a great location and area. We didn't get to do much exploring as it was a quick stay, but we did walk the property trail and the trail across the street to the pond. Disappointed that the house was not really cleaned well, there was left over silly string in different areas, floor and tables were not cleaned off, and also bathtub upstairs. Overall it was a good stay

We liked the location of the rental. It was quiet and private, but close to Schoodic point. We appreciated being able to take all of the dogs, the bedrooms and living area were spacious! The homeowner was very prompt with communication. Don’t miss the blueberry soft serve at Me and Ben’s Ice Cream or Lunch on the Wharf!

The house was great for us. We had 8 people and plenty of room. We liked the location. Quit area. It was a 50 min drive into Bar Harbor but close to Winter Harbor. We would stay again The host, Lisa, answered email quickly and gave some suggestions on things to see

We enjoyed the trails out back for a short hike and across the road is a nice trail as well. A very clean home with everything that we needed. A short distance to Acadia, Prospect Harbor and Winter Harbor where views, scenery and restaurants are.

Property was clean, nice and quiet location. The host-Lisa was super nice and responsive.

Found a sweet spot to have a quiet weekend to celebrate my birthday. Host was very nice and provided great information about the area. I would stay here again.

It was a comfortable stay. We enjoyed it.
