Stayed Apr 10, 2026This was the perfect house for a group of old college friends to visit between forays. The home was comfortable and clean. I did wish the patio had been swept but that was such a small thing. We also enjoyed how quiet the neighborhood was.When I did have an issue, Yuliya was very responsive and someone came to help us when we still had an issue.

The home is beautiful, peaceful, immaculately clean, with a well-appointed space that has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was responsive and easy to work with, which made the entire experience seamless.The location was perfect for our trip - close to the Braves Spring Training, surrounded by great local restaurants, and an easy drive for a day trip to Sarasota. It truly offered the best of both convenience and tranquility.We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to others.

Stayed Jan 21, 2026We had a delightful stay. The creek behind the house provided a nice variety of birds to observe. The house itself is ideally situated for walking to the mineral springs. The bed was very comfortable. The neighborhood quiet and convenient I would have given Yulia a five star except there was an issue with lukewarm shower water. Which I am confident Yulia will fix.
