Relax with the whole family at our newly built house. Listen to the birds sing while sipping on a cup of complimentary coffee or tea while sitting out in the lanai.
Enjoy our beautiful beaches that are about 15 miles from our home. Take an evening stroll on the pier and watch a gorgeous sunset. About 10min away you’ll find an aquatic center with a lazy River and water slides that your whole family to enjoy.
Shopping, cafes, warm mineral springs and restaurants also nearby.
Other things to note
This is Florida where pest control is a must. We have pest control come and spray the house and yard but Even the cleanest and most pest-proof homes will have the occasional creepy crawly make their way into the home. So please limit the amount of bugs or other unwanted house guest from entering the home by keeping all windows and doors closed.

The home was very clean and beautiful! The kitchen had top of the cabinets, dishes and utensils! It also had everything you needed to cook with. The beds ands pillows were amazing! The master shower was over the top too! The backyard felt secluded with sitting and eating area. It was an easy drive to Englewood Beach and Punta Gorda Airport. Highly recommend!
