Cincinnati city life is less than a half hour drive north, where you can catch a sports game, visit a historical museum, book a tasting at a bourbon distillery, shop to your heart’s content, or plan an evening meal at one of the eclectic local restaurants. If you prefer to keep closer to home, the city of Florence is the perfect in-between compromise, only 10 minutes from the home and offering its own desirable selection of shopping and dining. When you’re ready to retire for the day, enjoy a relaxing evening on the home’s upper-level deck where you can dine on your dinner al fresco while keeping an eye on the kids as they play in the back yard.

Kick up your feet on the plush living room sofa as you stream a movie or episodes of your favorite shows on the mounted smart TV. The centerpiece kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances, glossy stone counters, and striking deep blue cabinetry stocked with all the conveniences of home. Gather for meals together at the sophisticated dining room table with seating for 10 or enjoy meals at the go perched up at the counter with high-top stool seating for 3. Pool sharks and beginners alike will want to make their way to the garage-turned-game room, where a pool table awaits to host hours of competitive fun.

Back on the Kentucky side of the river, you’re in prime Bourbon Trail territory. The property was beautiful and so comfortable to relax at the end of our long days of exploring. There was plenty of space and it was clean. We had a couple things we reached out about, and the hosts were quick to respond and helpful. The location was perfect for our trip, as it was almost exactly halfway between the Ark and Creation museum. I have some friends that are thinking about doing this trip, and I would recommend this house to stay in.

We had an issue with the Hot Tub. The water was murky and smelled musty. I made the mistake of reaching out to Vrbo. Unfortunately the Vrbo responses were not helpful. They told me the hot tub was serviced before we checked in which basically felt like either blaming us for problems. The host, Matt, was very responsive to our requests. After getting no helpful response from Vrbo. I reached out to Matt and he sent someone to fix the problem the next day. We were able to enjoy the Hot Tub on the last night. The house is vey comfortable and well equipped. We would stay here again. Matt was awesome to deal with!

This house is beautiful! It was clean, the hot tub was clean, it’s actually has 2 full baths and a half bath downstairs(sink & toilet) It is perfectly located to go to The Ark & Creation Museum, plus other things as well. Communication was great!! Everything handled perfectly for anything we needed.

The house was clean and the description was accurate. There was a coffee pot and a keurig. The beds were comfortable with lots of pillows and blankets. The showers had excellent water pressure and the hot water was instant and hot! Communication and response time was great. The one downside for light sleepers was the train that whistled by numerous times throughout the night and the cars driving by in the neighborhood. The location was great to visit the Ark (20 min), Creation Museum (25 min), Frankfort (60 min), Louisville (75 min) and Dayton (80 min).We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great house for our family visiting the Ark and Creation Museum. Had issues with the property management not following their and VRBO payment terms. They owned the mistake and it was resolved.

The property was overall nice to include the decor. However, there were several items that required repair immediately upon arrival but the issues were addressed promptly. The property description was very misleading. There is only 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The room downstairs has no door for privacy to be fully considered a bedroom and the what's labeled as a bathroom is only a half-bath. For 4 couples, 6 people sharing a bathroom is a bit much.

We booked the home because it is between the Ark Encounter and The Creation Museum - The location was perfect! Easy access back to the highway, close to Dunkin Donuts, Skyline Chili and best of all Kelly Q's right at the end of the street! Hosts were eager to please. The home had PLENTY of towels available plus detergent, shampoo etc.

It’s a beautiful home with enough space for a family of 6 to spread out! Definitely recommend it to a family of six or five couples looking to stay somewhere in Kentucky. It does not, however, have a lot of things for kids to do in the house.

The house was very clean and close to the Ark and Museum. We took our family, and everyone had their own room. The only issue we had was the bathroom situation. There is not a shower downstairs which caused a bit of a confusion since the listing states three showers, and there are only two. However, we were troopers and made it work. Communication was top notch, answering questions within minutes! We had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the vacation.

The property was clean and well kept with the number of bedrooms and bathrooms needed for our group of four ladies. When we discovered the coffee maker didn’t work a new one was delivered the same day, so management was very responsive. Our only caveat is that since we are ‘older’ with some hip and knee ‘issues’ the stairs were a bit of a challenge. Otherwise, it was a very nice place to stay.

The listing said three full baths when only 2.5. One of the full baths was an en-suite so it was uncomfortable for our group of 8. I was refunded part of the fee.

Very comfortable house with all amenities, working laundry, very responsive property managers, plenty of blankets and towels for 8! One down-side was due to the cigarette smoke smell in the garage we could not use the pool table. But other than that would stay here again, especially if they clean up the cigarette smoke smell.

This house was very roomy and clean! Myself, my husband and 2 other couples stayed here and we had a great time. The house is located in a subdivision, but it was very quiet, we didn’t hear anything disturbing noise. This house was very accommodating with everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked with great cookware and everything we needed to prepare meals when we didn’t eat out. We highly recommend Cattlemen’s to eat, excellent food and service. I choose this rental, because it was very close to the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter, a must see if you’re in the area. We all were very pleased with this rental and would definitely stay here again and will definitely recommend to friends that are looking to visit in this area. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Property was just as described. Just be aware that there is an active train track nearby. Was not happy that we had to take out the garbage and start a load of towels before we left as we were charged a cleaning fee. Due to weather conditions and roads being washed out due to Hurricane Helene we were not sure we would be able to get to this location; owners would only return cleaning fee, we chanced it and went anyway so not to lose what had been paid. Please note half of party could not come due to washed out roads.
