Family Stay! Near both Ark & Creation Museum!

The property was in excellent condition, very clean and the owner provides everything you could need. Furnishings were very comfortable and well maintained. Kitchen had everything you needed with high end appliances. The kids did not want to leave their room, it had plenty of things to keep them entertained.

This was a great location halfway between the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. It was more than enough room for our family of six & my parents. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and more. It was exceptionally clean and we enjoyed our time there. The kids loved the bunk room with the arcade game. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area!

Absolutely beautiful, spacious, crystal-clean property! Will was very attentive - the TV in the kids room wasn't working so he came to check it out shortly after I messaged him. He determined it was broken and had a new TV in the next day. A Publix grocery store and several restaurants are a simple 5 minute drive away. I appreciated that the owner messaged me after I booked the property to be sure I understood that their family occupies the home above, and that there would be noise. A caution to anyone who is a light sleeper, or have children who are - you WILL hear footsteps and an occasional bang from the ceiling. That is the single drawback of our stay. Everything else was fabulous.

Our stay was wonderful. The host was very informative and helpful and easy to communicate with. The accommodations were so nice and spacious. A great location to stay when visiting area attractions near Cincinnati.

Loved the country feel of the neighborhood. The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We really appreciated the considerations for traveling with babies too! The living areas were the best part though, as there was enough room to seat our party of 9 in the dining room for meals and on the couch!

What a great location and beautiful place!! The check in process was easy. The decor was impressive and the history elements included were appreciated. We felt right at home!! My son loved the playground and playroom with toys!! The kitchen had everything we needed and then some! We did hear foot traffic above us, but were prepared for that. We couldn’t have picked a better location with proximity to Cincinnati, The Arc Encounter and the Creation museum, as well as an easy interstate ride to Louisville. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!!!! Thank you for letting us use your home.

Location was conveniently located to the Ark Encounter, Creation Museum and the Cincinnati Zoo. Owner was very responsive and they are so thoughtful to provide so many amenities. We really enjoyed how everything was labeled which made it so easy to find things. Our daughter loved the rope swing and it was so nice to have access to such a beautiful outdoor space.

Everything listed about this place is great! Very convenient and quiet neighborhood. Very clean and spacious. Just be aware of the noise upstairs. You can’t hear them talking but sometimes it seemed like they were rearranging furniture at 10 pm. One night the piano was playing late. Wasn’t a huge deal, us adults were up. But could maybe be an issue if you have some children that are light sleepers. Overall, the place is great and would stay again. Thanks for having us!

The stay here was wonderful overall. Great location, near town and easy to get in and out of. The online listing was exactly as described. Communication with the host was quick & consistent. The check-in process was great & we did not have to wait on our code to get in. Everything in this listing is very well thought out, & we had nearly everything you could think of you would need. Drinks and snacks were left as a complement of the host. The house was absolutely spotless. Shoes were left to wear in the house in addition to umbrellas. Everything was labeled as to where it was located throughout the house. We did have a service animal & there were questions from the host about that, as he did not receive the notification from VRBO. After explanation to the host of the Americans with Disabilities Act about service animals, issue was resolved. The host was quick to respond to messages. We were informed up front by the host that family lived upstairs and there would be noise. We knew that up front and booked anyway. I will say that the noise was often & loud mostly of footsteps and kids jumping around. At one point sounded like the floor was being sanded above us. You could rarely hear talking. He did let us know if it got too loud to let them know. Quiet time (about 11p-8a) was respected with no/minimal noise. There was a small issue with tiny ants, but Terro ant traps had placed outside - no fault of the host. Would definitely stay again !

We loved staying in Walton. It was half way between the Ark encounter and Creation Museum. We stayed as a family of 4 with my elderly parents. It is a walkout basement apartment, easy for my parents with no stairs. The apartment is big and bright and clean. They pay special attention to small details to enhance your stay. Like umbrellas, inside crocs, shampoo, some toys, some games, spices, coffee pods, a few snacks, suitcase racks, ice machine in fridge and lots of towels. Lots of thought put into enjoying your stay. The kitchen is huge and well equipped. We really enjoyed staying in the country and the cute stream and rolling hills made it a pleasant drive and nice to sit outside and BBQ. We would stay again if we returned to the area.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The expansive basement apartment, with four very spacious bedrooms, could not have better suited our family and six children (8 and under). The hosts were very communicative and truly thought of everything. The place was immaculately clean, and it included everything that we needed and things we didn’t realize we would need! If you have littles, then the bunk room bedroom is a pure delight and makes it easy to be at the house for a while for nap times. Lastly, the property outdoors was expansive, and our kids could have played there the whole time! One note is that you will absolutely hear the owners upstairs. They were upfront with us about that before booking our stay, and we certainly heard them at times. We are used to traveling with white noise machines, earplugs, etc., so it didn’t bother us, but you should be prepared for that upfront. Otherwise, this is an A stay without question!

A great, spacious rental for family! Loved having plenty of room to gather in large living room and kitchen, and kids loved the play/game room. Everything was clean, everything was labeled neatly, and everything one could need was in the property! Check in was easy and straight forward. Host was attentive and great with communication. Highly recommend this property.

This space is clean and well supplied. Perfectly located with shopping nearby for anything you might need. Very well described in the listing. The family that lives upstairs is considerate and honors quiet times. We had no issues at all.
