Stayed Aug 17, 2024The property was immaculate and entered to a clean smell, fresh sheets, and I suspect recent paint / updates. The bedrooms met all our needs, the patio area was charming and the house nestled away in a shady neighborhood close to the beach. Space was outfitted with everything we needed and yet minimal extra clutter. We were a multigenerational family of vacationers with young kids and grandparents happily using the first floor, parents enjoying the top floor suite. Laundry from INSIDE the house (all our past rentals have been outdoor bilco door access) As an average size person, I loved the amenities of the house; the bigger men in our group found the kitchen and bathroom a little tight. Pleasant walk to nearby beach, easy drive to Mayflower beach and the donut shop, many restaurants. Overall a glorious cape week setting.

Stayed Jul 13, 2024Our family absolutely loved our stay. Kathy was very attentive and helpful- a great host. The property was clean, cute and perfectly sized for our family. It was a short 5 minute walk to the beach and conveniently located to several restaurants, general stores and ice cream! Highly recommend for a family beach vacation!

Stayed Jun 22, 2024This was our third summer staying at this beautiful home. The house is always clean and comfortable. The check in process is simple and Kathy is communicative, making the entire process a breeze! This year we walked down to the ocean and spent the mornings at the beach and then walked with our 11 year old girls to swim in Scargo lake after lunch. We finished the day off with evening sunsets every night. We will definitely be coming back here again.
