Tricia and Mya were very quick to answer any questions or things that came up. House has a lot of character. We would book again in the future.

Stayed Jun 2, 2026This is a great property for a stay in Ames. We are a group of 5 women who have traveled together for many years, so we know what we expect in a rental house. This house fit our needs perfectly. Lots of bedroom space, two full bathrooms and the well-stocked kitchen made our visit very comfortable. Our favorite space was the screened porch where we shared morning coffee, afternoon reading and evening beverages. The driveway was appreciated. We were not affiliated with any of the University's events, but if visitors are there for games or activities, the location makes walking a possibility rather than finding/paying for parking. Tricia was a very responsive and accommodating host. I would recommend this property with confidence.

Stayed Dec 22, 2025We stayed here over Christmas with our large family and had a great experience. The neighborhood was excellent—quiet, safe, and very family-friendly. The fenced-in yard was a huge plus for our dogs, and the space worked well for everyone. This would be an ideal place to stay for a football or basketball weekend. We would happily stay here again.

We stayed in three VRBO’s in three different college towns and this one was the best of the three!! Great communication with property manager. This was a great experience.
