NEW Ames Getaway - Centrally Located, Sleeps 8

Was a great stay for a family wedding in Ames.

Home was very comfortable..very clean..everything there we needed for our stay

Our experience was a nice, quiet neighborhood. The children enjoyed the toys, games, and books. A Fareway grocery store just a few blocks away provided our grocery needs. The house itself was clean and pleasant.

House was very clean and well stocked. Communication with host was very timely & we appreciated flexibility for check-in.

We stayed two nights and it was perfect for our time there. Host was great and communication was on point. Will definitely want to book with them again.

Kiley was fantastic to work with - even tending to us while out of the country. The house worked great for the 5 of us with plenty of rooms and beds. The kitchen was one of the best-stocked kitchens we’ve been in with VRBOs! We arrived during a blizzard and the fireplace was incredibly nice to have then, and each morning with coffee. It was great to be able to pull into the garage at night with the bad weather. We’ll be back again to Ames and hope to stay again!

Comfortable property

We stayed as a family of 4 during a recent college tour. The house is very well appointed with everything you’d need and is very clean and tidy. Bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for the 4 of us and communication with Kiley was great. Excellent neighborhood with coffee shop and restaurants nearby - would definitely recommend.

We love staying here! The house is very family-friendly. Fenced yard. Playroom and TV room in the basement with very comfy HUGE couch. Great kitchen. Great location too.

Decorations lovely, kitchen well supplied with necessities and some extras, host very responsive, area quiet and not far from the downtown. We enjoyed our stay.

She’s thought of every item a guest might need. Beautiful comfy home. We were visiting family for a siblings reunion and spent most of day with them, but enjoyed breakfast and a good night’s sleep. Would have loved to have been able to use the basement area - maybe on another visit.

We totally enjoyed our stay at Kiley’s place. Her communication before we arrived and after we got there was great. The house was totally as pictured in the listing. I was pleasantly surprised by the household supplies that were there (extra paper products, dishwasher pods, bath soap, etc). There was even extra smoke detector batteries which were needed during our stay. We had 5 adults and everyone was comfortable.The location was perfect for ISU graduation activities - centrally located and a coffee shop within walking distance! Would highly recommend.

This home is nicely decorated, and worked perfect for family to visit college student in Ames. We had space to relax, cook a meal and hang out/game. The hosts have thought of everything and provided good instructions. I needed to light a birthday candle and wondered if I'd find a light. First drawer in the kitchen I looked in... included matches and lighters. Needed to plug in my phone at night and looked by my side of the bed... an extension cord was right there making an outlet handy. Relaxing in the living room .. lap blankets available to cozy up nearby.

Our stay was perfect despite a blizzard!!. Kiley was very helpful at all times, she was straightforward and clear regarding a couple of nuances, both of which were very minor items.The home was better in person than the pictures. We all marveled how the property was more inviting and functional than the picture depicted. We all would definitely recommend this home for our/your next Ames trip!

Everything was great. Kiley had everything you could need, it's like staying at your own house. They even shoveled the driveway every day, as it snowed each day we were there.Location is less than 10 minutes from ISU.If we need a place in Ames in the future, we will hope to stay here again.

We stayed at this property during a 4 day weekend in Ames. Everything was perfect! The property is decorated so nicely, and the neighborhood is quiet and very convenient to anywhere in Ames. The property manager was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this home. Great for families! We are planning to stay here again!

This home is wonderful! There are toys and a playroom for little kids (my grandkids were very entertained), plus an extremely well-stocked kitchen. The host provided olive oil, spices, salt and pepper——items that are needed but often forgotten when going to a rental home. The home is VERY clean. The beds were absolutely comfortable with new linens and pillows. The host communicates very promptly and was very helpful. I recommend this house 100%.

The home was very comfortable and a fun place to invite for a dinner some family who live in Ames and a granddaughter with a couple friends who go to ISU.

Great property. Small issue when refrigerator wasn’t working and they had a small fridge delivered the next morning. Really responsive and great to work with.

Perfect quaint, clean and accommodating home! We will definitely book again if our daughter chooses to be a cyclone!!

We stayed here for ISU family weekend. We brought our daughter’s grandparents with and our mini dachshund as it is pet friendly. The home was spacious and impeccably clean. We all felt incredibly comfortable which led to our daughter staying with us for our two-night reservation. The neighborhood is quiet yet close to all local amenities and the university. We highly recommend this property and plan on booking again in the near future.
