Fully furnished home. Ac works if needed over fans. The kitchen had all elements including spices to settle in for a long stay. The pictures posted were of this actual property. This has not always been our experience. Location most walkable into town for many shops and restaurants. Easy to travel into Guadalajara and airport. The Mexican people are so welcoming. This is a class a choice for anyone. These hosts know what they are doing and Abraham is a great property builder manager. Having almost immediate responses to queries most appreciated. Stay here is my recommendation with no regrets.

This was our second stay in this beautiful property. It is in a prime location, and it is easy to walk to a variety of restaurants, stores, and places for cocktails. We walked everywhere we needed go and only grabbed a taxi when we had things to carry. We enjoyed the well-maintained landscape, the comfortable beds and furniture, and the views of the mountains. Our favorite thing was coming home after being out and relaxing in the covered veranda...so peaceful. We look forward to visiting again next year.

We stayed at this property for 3 weeks and cannot say enough nice things about it. The gardens were amazing, the casita was clean, airy, and beautiful. The owners, the gardeners, housekeeping, everyone went out of their way to make this stay enjoyable.

This was an absolute pleasure! Heather made this process simple. GREAT communication from the earliest point. The place itself was great, easy to find, easy to launch to basically everywhere. I wish the other aspects ( car rental, flight, etc) of this trip were nearly as easy as working with Heather.

Highly recommend Heather’s spacious, well situated, well stocked, and comfortable casita. The host communicates promptly, and the efficient manager(Abraham) expertly cares for the guests as well as the property.

From day one through my last day, this was a five-star experience. The air-conditioned casita was comfortably walkable to everything in the Ajijic village center. There was nothing lacking in the kitchen from a microwave, stove, blender, refrigerator, coffeemaker to the smallest of accoutrements such as a garlic press and wine corkscrew. Dishes, serving bowls, platters, glasses, it's all there in the kitchen. The bedroom is large, comfortable and everything is provided for a lovely sleep. The garden and lawn are postcard perfect. I must mention the gorgeous decor and fully furnished lanai and pool area. I spent many hours in this area swimming and reading. As the afternoon turns into evening, it just gets more enjoyable. There is an exquisite view of the mountains and a peaceful breeze. It was very difficult to leave this heavenly spot. Lastly, I must mention the communication from the owner. She is very kind, concerned, helpful, and a wealth of knowledge regarding the Lake Chapala area. I had a fabulous trip.... End of Story!

My friend and I stayed here in August 2024. The home sits in a very nice neighborhood full of beautiful well-maintained homes and lawns. This property is a gem and was the highlight of our visit. The casita where we stayed (next to the larger main house) is inviting and full of light from the wall of windows overlooking the beautiful, manicured lawn, cacti, plants, and trees. The large bedroom in the casita has a comfortable King bed, large bathroom and walk-in closet. From this bedroom, is another large window looking out into the courtyard. Stepping out of the casita, you gain access to an outdoor staircase that leads to private quarters with a cozy light filled bedroom, and large bathroom with walk-in shower. There is a kitchen with plenty of counter space, table and chairs, small fridge and coffee pot. There is also a large rooftop sitting area with views of the mountains. Back down the steps you enter the courtyard and pool area that was our favorite place to be. The pool is quite large and the furniture and plants around the pool are tastefully arranged. There is plenty of sunshine and a welcoming covered sitting area with nice comfortable furniture.  Another important note: The casita kitchen was well equipped with all utensils needed for dining in. We took advantage of the outdoor grill and enjoyed a lovely dinner on the patio overlooking the pool and mountains. The entire property is clean. Communication with the property owners was excellent and thorough.
