Our family of six stayed in this lovely house on a quiet residential street in Bristol while attending a wedding nearby. Everything was top-notch ... three lovely bedrooms with comfortable beds (master bedroom on the first floor and two bedrooms on the second floor) ... a new, well-stocked kitchen and pantry ... a pretty, open-plan first floor ... a gorgeous deep backyard with mature trees and lots of birds to watch! Theresa was a great host, who provides lots of little touches that shows she cares. It's not a huge house (the living room in particular doesn't allow for everyone to really sprawl out), but it was perfect for what we needed.

Theresa's home is so warm and welcoming. Everything we need was provided and the house was very clean. We walked to a beautiful quaint downtown. I highly recommend this property!!!!

This was the perfect home for my family for my daughter's wedding.So convenient to everything in Bristol, our venue was at Blithewold right down the street.The house was so super clean and all stocked up with everything we could possibly need and more.Host was so very accommodating to us, truly appreciate her genuine hospitality.Highly recommend this home for your special getaway or event!My deepest thanks to our host!

The property was exactly as advertised and made for a wonderful place for the week. We especially enjoyed how the host graciously took care of so many little touches. The location is perfect a quick walk to the harbor and to town. The house was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. This was one of the best VRBO experiences we have ever had, and I would highly recommend it.

We loved our stay! The property was easy to get to and in a fantastic location. It was spotless, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Just a quick 3–5 minute drive to downtown and to our niece’s wedding venue, which made it perfect for our trip. Highly recommend!

This place was amazing. It was so comfortable and spacious and had all the amenities one could ask for. The host was terrific - she was so responsive to any questions we had, both before we arrived and also while we were there. The place was immaculate - the host added some nice touches like having milk and coffee for us and bottles of water too. Bristol was a great place to stay - you could walk to restaurants, access the bike path, etc. and it's only about 30 minutes to Newport. We would definitely stay here again!

Great host, house, amenities, location! Could not ask for a better location and beautiful home to meet our needs for our July 4th family vacation. Loved it. This was our second visit and likely not the last

pristine, thoughtfully stocked, convenient to Roger Williams and downtown. The backyard would have been beautiful for a family barbecue if we had the time.

It was the perfect home base for all our weekend festivities! Comfortable, clean and spacious!
