An absolutely charming little cottage just minutes to everything in Bristol. Spotless, lovely décor, comfy beds and gracious hosts. A must stay!

We absolutely love staying at this cottage in Bristol and always look for availability when we plan to visit family just a short walk down the street. The related living set up is perfect for a family or relatives to share a space. We love the outside patio and yard for a quiet morning or for having pizza/grilling in the afternoon. Jay keeps things working and Sandy keeps things immaculate inside. Bristol is an awesome town to visit and it is lucky to have this property!

An absolute wonderful place to stay. Clean, close to everything, friendly. Had a 5 inch snow storm while we were there and they went out of their way to make sure snow was cleared ( told them they didnt have to)Also loaned us a car sweeper to remove the snow from overnight.

Wonderful home! Had everything we needed and more than enough space for our group. Check-in and check-out processes were super simple, hosts were very responsive to any questions we had, and the location is perfect. Can’t recommend this home enough!

We used Sandy and Jay's place as a landing spot for our nephews wedding weekend. The location to the wedding was perfect for us! The cottage had everything we needed and more. Loved the outside patio too! Their place was clean and lovely! Would definitely recommend!

2 bedrooms 2 full bathrooms full kitchen living room and yard. Soooo much space for our family get together with plenty of space for privacy too . Quiet neighborhood, pristine home with all the amenities.

The house was clean and our host was very responsive to our needs. The location is fantastic. Walk to downtown Bristol and Mt Hope Farm. Short drive to Newport and Providence. Don’t hesitate to book this property.

The Cottage Haven was clean, comfortable and very much a haven. Our family traveled from the West Coast for our stay. The cottage had everything and was a short drive from the wedding venue. The hosts were very accommodating to our needs. We would stay there again!

Cozy usually is interpreted as “small” but for Jay and Sandy’s Cottage, I mean literally cozy. It’s plenty of room for 2 couples, with 2 large bedrooms, each with a bath, and big combo kitchen/LR, and outdoor space. Everything was spotless, and I couldn’t come up with anything I might need that wasn’t there. It was so close the many restaurants and shops. We especially enjoyed the Nest for Reuben’s and a beer. The cottage feels like you’re at Mom’s house, and it just feels like a happy place. I strongly recommend it if you’re in the Providence area.

Location, size, amenities!!

Very nice and clean duplex, we had no issues whatsoever and would rent again! Love the city of Bristol, lots of places to visit!!
