Charming Bristol Cottage w/ Private Beach!

The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. Enjoyed sitting on the deck and the beautiful view. I would book it again!

We had a wonderful weekend at this home. The view is amazing and being able to kyak right from the property is a plus! Would stay here again. I’m not a huge fan of outsourced booking management and separate corporate host management on top of the VRBO booking system, but it all worked out , so no complaints.

Lovely, beautifully appointed little cottage. The bedrooms are small so if you are a bigger person, or need space to spread out, this could be a challenge. Beds and all furniture were comfortable, and views are great. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful property right on the water, it felt like our own private yacht! The kitchen was very well stocked, everything was perfectly tidy, and there was no shortage of the essentials required for a week’s stay. It’s a great location with grocery and restaurants nearby, but also perfectly suited to just stay in and enjoy the view from the deck. We loved it and would absolutely stay again! Thank you!!

Amazing views while sitting at the breakfast table. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Slow down your car. We had 2 days of heavy rain and were glad to stay in such a nice house. The mattress of one bedroom appears worn out and should be replaced.

Very nice property; everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The deck on this house was a highlight. We enjoyed the peaceful, riverside views all day. And since it faces east, it's ideally positioned for catching a sunrise.

Great place for me and my husband. Pictures were extremely accurate. Beautiful view from the Deck and very peaceful and quiet. Well stocked and very clean. Just one thing...the remote for the living room TV needed to be charged. No batteries...its solar and there is a charger in the living room for the TV. This should be added to the book, as I had never seen anything like this before and couldn't figure out how to work it. Attempted to email the property manager and they had no idea about the remote. Suggesting that this be added to the instruction booklet with all of the directions, recommendations, etc. Overall really nice experience that I would definitely recommend and will definitely return.

This quaint little Rhode Island cottage had quite a charm. Tucked in the back of a neighborhood, on the quiet waters of Bristol Narrows, this stay was perfect for a weeklong get away from our bustling lives. A quiet area with peaceful views. The bedrooms are a bit tight but fit for this small home. The “beach” area was a bit of a stretch for that title, and unfortunately it was inaccessible due to a vast amount of debris. This was one of the reasons we picked this cottage, so we were a bit disappointed by its complete lack of use. There were more than enough areas outside of the home to sit and relax. The grill area was nice and offered a nice place to sit while waiting for our steaks to sear.

The property was close to downtown Bristol and groceries! Had all the amenities you expect in a rental home! The master bathroom shower was huge! Open kitchen floorplan was perfect! Beds were very comfortable!

A wonderful stay in Bristol. House was immaculate and well appointed. Host was not invasive. Beautiful views of the water. We have already decided to stay again next year when we visit family.

This lovely cottage on the water has been updated with the very BEST quality of everything. The attention to detail made our visit so enjoyable! It is much smaller than what I perceived in the photos, but was perfect for my husband and myself. Everything in this knotty pine vintage beauty has been redone with the vacationer in mind. They have chosen top of the line appliances! Having the stacked washer and dryer was so convenient. From the glassware to the silverware and the quality designer light fixtures, to the comfy blankets for cuddling on the couch ,this was a dream visit! The bed was comfortable, the linens clean and the water view when you sit up in the morning was outstanding!! This small cottage is perfect for a couple(and 1 or 2 small children) As stated there are no closets so we opened our suitcases on the spare bed. There is a place to hang some things. We only stayed four nights, but had time to explore the area including local restaurants and pubs. As we left we drove through Warren another cute town we will explore next time. The yard was nicely kept with an Old New England feel. Most everything that was wood at one time has been replaced with composite steps and railings and deck. Newport is an easy drive. The quiet neighborhood is lovely mix of older homes and very nice upscale residences on a winding road that brings you from the main road to a relaxing waterfront get away!
