Walk To Downtown and Beaches

This was our second year staying at this house and we loved it. Great location just a couple blocks from downtown Edgartown, very clean space and very responsive host.

Our family is in love with this property. Its location and charm are unmatched. Love that there's parking in the driveway, a nice backyard for the kids to play, and ample space for our family (including 3 young children). We'll be back next year! Thank you.

Awesome historic house in the heart of Edgartown.

Family wedding in Edgartown gave me an excuse to visit for 2 weeks. Pam's historic home is comfortable and cozy. Love the deck and big umbrella!

My wife turned 65 during our stay and just retired plus she is a huge Jaws fan. This trip was as her dream and she and family had a great time. The location of the rental house was chosen due to its location to Edgertowns main drag.

This is a great, well-appointed, clean, and charming house centrally located in Edgartown. While on a quiet street, it's just a short walk (2-5 minutes) from numerous coffee houses, shops, restaurants, bars, and the bus stop. Pam is a great host, who provided us with all the info we required and was very responsive to questions.

The house is very spacious, the kitchen is very well equipped and the yard is huge. The location is fabulous. Two block walk and you are in the heart of Edgartown.

We really enjoyed the colonial, historic feel of the house, and appreciated the comfortable, clean, updated furnishings. The location can’t be beat, for proximity to Edgartown lighthouse and the downtown.

This property is so convenient to everything in Edgartown and just a short drive to Vineyard Haven or Oak Bluffs. Very spacious home with a great private back yard.

We loved our stay at the Spear house. We've been coming to the Vineyard for years, and this house was one of the best we've stayed in. We had our 3 adult kids and their partners with us, plus one medium size dog. The house was an ideal size and well equipped, so we all felt very comfortable. It is ideally located, which allowed everyone to do their own thing, e.g., walking into the beautiful Edgartown for shopping, dining, coffee at Espresso Love, strolling on Lighthouse Beach, biking to any number of wonderful beaches, etc. We'd definitely stay there again.

Beautiful 1776 Edgartown home so close to the ET center that is takes about three minutes to get there walking. So convenient not to have to worry about finding a parking spot in the crowded ET lots and/or street parking. We all had a great time. We will be back.

The house was spacious, clean and welcoming! It was the perfect location for us to get to town and other parts of the island for a family wedding. We had such a great time at the house!
