Check-in was super easy and the kitchen was great. Very well stocked.

This was a great stay for us. We had three adults and three kids 10 and under. Kids had a blast. The location was close enough for quick beach trips and as good as you can get for not beachfront. Would bring a beach wagon if you prefer as there is a sandy hill you have to cross to get onto the beach. Otherwise everything we needed for the beach trips was on site (umbrellas, chairs, beach toys for kids). The beach access point was always open for a beach spot, which was a plus - I guess the other access points are typically more crowded. The Kill Devil Grill was literally right next door - good food and didn't have to wait on site with the property so close. The patios on the second and third floors were a nice touch. The kitchen was also very well stocked with appliances. Loved the little covered outdoor garage - made getting in and out easy with hot sun or rain. Convenient to nearby grocery stores, candy stores, restaurants, movie theater, mini-golf, etc. I could go on and on, but you get the point! Final note - the hostess was incredible. Extremely responsive and helpful. We also had a brief issue with the a/c which she promptly had someone come out to fix with immediate results. Top notch service. Check it out.

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO! The location was great, making for an easy walk to the beach. The house was spotlessly clean upon arrival, and check-in was a breeze. We really appreciated how well-stocked the kitchen was, allowing us to easily make dinners when we didn't feel like eating out. Having beach chairs, an umbrella, and games available was a huge plus for our days by the ocean. The outdoor shower came in so handy after the beach, and the hot tub was the perfect way to end each day. With plenty of space for our family of five, everyone was comfortable. Highly recommend!

An amazing experience and property! The entire experience was terrific. The host was wonderful, communicated timely and allowed us to adjust a day. The property was very clean and large, and the hot tub was clean and ready when we arrived. I cannot say enough about this booking. We will stay here again.

We had an amazing time!

The place was nice and clean but when we first arrived there was a strange odor. We needed to air out the place for a few hours for the air to feel fresh. The hot tub looked clean at first but we noticed some dirt or dust that started to pool up with time. Everything else was good and we had a wonderful time.

Everything was perfect with our stay! The house is an awesome location -easy walk to the beach. The Beach House was incredibly clean, well furnished, and so nice! We had an amazing weekend- I appreciate the communication before we arrived with recommendations for where to eat. Walked into the house and was blown away by the attention to detail made it felt like we were at the beach! The house had very nice beach towels and chairs and the upstairs living room was super comfy. Checkout was a breeze. We are staying here when we come back in 2025. Thanks again for an awesome long weekend!!

This house is located exactly where we wanted to be. Easy access to the beach, great restaurants, breweries, and shops nearby. My husband plays tennis every morning just up the road. The house was very clean and well equipped. It has a REALLY great hot tub and we loved sitting out on the decks for morning coffee and lunch. FUN place!!!!

Ideal location on a corner lot. Hot tub was in great shape, outdoor shower was convenient for rinsing off before taking a dip. The kitchens and bathrooms were well stocked, with personal touches everywhere to make you feel welcome. Other than the being on a main strip which can get busy at times, the beach access proximity is very convenient!

The house was as advertised. Short walk to the beach and the beach had a lifeguard. Also right next to the Kill Devil Grill. Very safe and friendly neighborhood.

The cottage was gorgeous and very accurate to the online listing. There was plenty of space for my sister and our friends for our girls weekend and the beds were quite comfy. The place seemed very clean and neat and I love that the showers had shampoo, conditioner, and wash provided, much like a hotel. Even linens were provided with simple instructions on how to take care of them at the end of our stay. The property owner was very communicative and prompt which was excellent. We were also a simple walk from both the beach and food. Anything else was easily drivable. Overall excellent stay, really enjoyed it and would recommend it to anyone who needs or wants 4 bedrooms, especially with the hot tub as well which was clearly very nicely maintained.
