• 20-minute walk or 3-minute drive to downtown Long Beach

Pets:
• Absolutely NO pets are allowed at this house.
• Violating this rule will result in a $500 fine per dog

Parking:
• Parking for one vehicle is available in the driveway.
• No Garage Parking
• Street parking is prohibited. DO NOT block driveways. Cars parked on the street will be towed.
• Additional public parking is available along the Bolstad Beach Approach and in three large lots on Oregon Ave. S. between 3rd St SE and 5th St SE in Downtown Long Beach.
• 110v trickle charge outlet outside. No extension cord provided.

Children:
• Children two and under do not count as part of the maximum occupancy.

    The house is very well equipped for fun and comfort. It is pretty close to the beach and close enoigh to shops that you really don't need to travel more than 10 minutes for anything you want or need. Our whole family enjoyed the stay.

    The place was very nice and spacious. The only downside was there were 5 of us and only 4 dining table chairs and there was no TV downstairs it was in the loft area upstairs that was spacious with a very comfy couch. The kitchen was very well appointed with lots of cooking utensils and dinnerware. The beds were all very comfy as well. I would recommend this place and I would stay there again.
