Gated Community, Ocean Front, Hot Tub, WiFi 600/35

The house was wonderful and fit the needs well for 5 couples who gathered for four days. We enjoyed the ocean views and the close proximity to the beach. The host was very responsive to all of our needs. Thanks for a great stay.

Our group of friends had a wonderful time - everything was just great. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were super comfy and the location was great. And the host was always available to answer our questions.

A lovely, spacious, very well-equipped luxury home with beautiful ocean views- out family had a fabulous holiday week together spent a lot of time in the game room playing board games and watched some movies on the nice 75 inch TV in the LR! The hot tub was also super fun to have after long chilly beach walks. We all would love to return for another vacation!

The house is beautiful, clean, and very well equipped. We have been there about five times and look forward to next year.

The house was great. The only issue we had were some of the upstairs windows and the upstairs slider would not lock.

We were impressed with the numerous amenities and cleanliness of the property. It was the best VRBO rental we have had and we've rented a few houses a year for years. The owner, property manager and crew have done a great job.

The house is very well supplied. From Kitchen appliances to beach supplies it's all there. There's room for everyone and the beach is just a few steps out the back door. The house is close to shopping and restaurants. We had the best family vacation yet! I would recommend this property to all of my friend (and I have). Loved our experience!

The house had everything we needed and more. Perfectly and carefully curated. Just as advertised but better. Very comfortable and homey. Beautiful setting and view.

From start to finish the booking was easy, the host communicative making sure we always felt welcome and answered all questions. The property as beyond all! This house has it all for the pickiest traveler. Attention to detail making sure we never had to “hunt” for anything. The game room is incredible, the arcade machine over the top, pool table, pong pong, clamming gear, outdoor games, every video game system known! Each bedroom had amazingly comfortable beds, views of the ocean off every balcony, a hot tub, so much more. We will be returning OFTEN. 4 days is not enough. Must not miss property!

The house is super organized, making cleanup easy. Also had everything we could have needed, every kitchen gadgets I've ever heard of. Fabulously fun! Toby was quick to respond to my every text. A lovely home, I can't wait to visit again

What a wonderful home with great views. We watched the huge waves from the storm from both upstairs windows! We all thoroughly enjoyed your home and would definitely recommend it to everyone. Two great masters and the 6 bedrooms worked so well for us....everyone had their own bed!! Very clean and we loved all the labels where everything goes! AND the game work was so surprising! We've never seen so many games in one place! Wonderful, beautiful house and will definitely stay again. Thank you!

We have stayed here about four times in the last five years. This house is the perfect fit for our family. Every year something new has been added to make it even better. It is a pleasure to stay here.

This was the perfect house for our family reunion. It has everything you can ask for and more including top of the line appliances and comfy beds. Just a short walk down a private trail to the beach! Thank you Toby for sharing your beautiful home.

This home was perfect for our framily group (preschool-40 yr olds). Beds for all. Also, the beds are incredible! One member of our party said it's the best sleep they've had on vacation. The kitchen is STOCKED! And labeled! Waffle and icecream maker! The grass is soft, the beach was fun and not crowded, and outdoor showers helped to keep the sand to a minimum

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and both times have been incredible. The grass backyard is a new addition since our last stay but was so nice for outdoor activities. Great Property that we will use again in the future.

This property was absolutely beautiful, and my friends/family couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. It was conveniently located close to town and the beach. Communication with the owner (Toby) was outstanding; he really wanted to make sure we were well taken care of. Our only regret is we couldn't stay longer than we did!

This was the prime location for such an amazing family vacation! We all truly had the best time ever. The house held all of us incredibly well and it had so much to do. Rent one place and get everything!!
