Boutique Cabin. Beautiful. Luxurious. Hot Tub. Path to Beach.

Beautifully appointed vacation house! The Pickle ball court was our favorite activity! Everything was pretty close to perfect. Only things that could have made it better were very minor, a pantry for food items and more hooks for towels. Other than that...AMAZING place to stay. We can't wait to go back.

The house was great. Bathrooms, showers, and Hot Tub was amazing. Definitely would go back. We loved the concrete floors and countertops.

The property was even better in person. Toby put thought into every inch — architecturally, as well as from the hosting perspective. The stay was lovely, the property itself was spectacular.

We loved the property! It was so clean and beautiful. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and organized. I loved the screened in porch and balcony. The artistic woodwork was such a special treat!

Amazing cabin! My partner and I stayed here for a long weekend, and it was very relaxing. We loved the design of the place, and the obvious care that went into choosing details and decorations. The owner was very communicative about construction that was going on next door (which we knew about before booking). We also got to re-play Goof Troop for Super NES, a game from my childhood, on the arcade console. Overall, we'd definitely stay here again!

My new husband and I stayed here, with our golden retriever, for our mini honeymoon and it was so perfect! The house is beautifully built, with all of the kitchen, bathroom, entertainment and outdoor amenities you could want. The hot tub worked great and was perfect temp. The gaming cabinet was an amazing surprise as we didn’t read about it beforehand but being game lovers it was perfect for newly wed competition with our favorite classic arcade games. And when I say the shower is luxurious, I really mean it’s the most amazing shower I have ever used and want that exact one in my dream home. Toby was very accommodating when we asked to bring our dog with us and we made sure to follow his rules about no scratching the wood floors with nails, not damaging the amazing screens in the sunroom, and limiting hair shedding (we brought our Dyson to vacuum with because our dog is a hair factory). Some small things I would recommend to make this house the absolute perfect vacation is to possibly spray or leave some mosquito repellent options for guests because they were very bad this time of year in the yard. We got bit a lot, even when drenched with OFF, and I even got bit on my forehead while in the hot tub. The bugs kept us from really enjoying all of the outdoor games that the house offers because we didn’t want to be more itchy. Also, the only reason I put 4 stars for cleanliness is though the live plants throughout the house are lovely, they were very dusty.

You walk in and think you have entered (1) a high end furniture store (2) an architectural design project (3) a Kitchen Kaboodle Store (4) a florist and plant store (5) a high tech convention booth and (6) the best hot tub I have ever been in! All beautifully done. A work of art!

The Lewis cabin is designed to perfection. It has modern amenities in a cozy, updated cabin. Everything has been thought of for you, just show up and enjoy. Most well stocked and quality kitchen of any rental. It's just a lovely place, with a short walk to the beach and short drive into town, the location was great. We loved it and will definitely go back. Highly recommend.

While Long Beach is not really our cup of tea, we chose this location not for the beach but for the house and all that it has to offer. Nearly all of our time during Thanksgiving week was spent at the house since it provided all that we needed. The kitchen is truly amazing and has a wide variety of amenities which served all of our needs and then some. The architecture of the house is stunning and you can really tell how much thought went into its design. The beds are extremely comfortable, the hot tub is clean and well cared for and the arcade games were a wonderful surprise! Thank you for a very memorable Thanksgiving trip that we will surly never forget!
