What an incredible house and location! Set back from an easy path through the grasses to the beach, fantastic amenities, and the most fully stocked kitchen we have ever visited. The game room is remarkable, at one point all nine of us were in there playing pool, ping pong, shuffleboard, and MsPacman! The owner is incredibly responsive and thorough and every detail is thought of. We had a fantastic vacation and we will absolutely be back to enjoy this beautiful property!

Located a short walk from the beach, this house is super comfortable, well stocked with absolutely everything you might need (including a game room!), and large enough to accommodate a group! We really enjoyed our stay!

Our stay at this home was absolutely amazing, we truly didn’t want to leave! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the owner, Toby, goes above and beyond to ensure guests have everything they could possibly need. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, from the fully stocked kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances to the incredibly comfortable bedrooms and spacious living areas.Even after spending a week here, it didn’t feel like enough time to enjoy all the amenities and fun games available. My 3-year-old was completely obsessed and even called it his favorite house, he cried when we had to leave! The views are breathtaking, the beach is just a short walk away, and the house itself is absolutely gorgeous.This was hands down one of the best family vacations we’ve ever had, and we can confidently say we’ll never stay at another owner’s home again, Toby is the best! Thank you for creating such a special place for families to make lasting memories.

Had great time. The house was perfect for 8 women on a girls trip. The house has everything needed. I would very surprised if you came up with something it doesn’t have. Easy drive to town. Easy walk to the beach.

My family of 10 (plus one doggo) had a wonderful stay at this home in Long Beach. The home was beautiful and so cozy immediately upon entering. Kitchen was stocked with every tool and appliance you could possibly need and all labeled and easy to find. The game room was super fun and a blast to play shuffleboard and ping pong. The fireplace was cozy for a chilly October stay. Checking in was a little tricky because it took us a moment to find the gate code for the entrance in the driveway, but once we knew to look under driving directions instead of check in instructions it resolved. We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing vacation as a family of four as well as my parents (kid’s grandparents). There were endless activities to do at the property, including the game room, board games, volleyball, and yard games. The place was set up so well and everything was thought of! Definitely an amazing place and well taken care of! Thank you for letting us enjoy it.

Outstanding- in every aspect. A perfect playground- the beach, volleyball court, games garage, video and board game collections, gourmet designer kitchen. The house effortlessly supported the flow of our group from one bit of fun to the next. Can't wait to return!
