Stayed Mar 11, 2025The property was nice, two beds and two bathrooms. Nice size kitchen, and living space and a really big back yard. The negatives, the large shower sprays water all over and you need to replace the rug or towel every day as it gets wet after one person takes a shower. The dryer does not dry the closthes all the way. You have to run it 2 or 3 times to get your clothes fully dry. There is a large hole in the fence where my big dog was able to stick her head through, and the little dog was able to escape.

Stayed Dec 26, 2023My husband and I were scrambling for a last minute place to stay in Orange County with our 60lb dog and we were so grateful that this place was available! This house turned out better than we could imagine, great house, good sized backyard, and location can’t be beat. I highly recommend this home!

Stayed Sep 15, 2023Perfect rental home to stay in while visiting our family in Dana Point. The 2 large bedrooms and bathrooms provided plenty space for everyone. Check in was as easy as it gets. I’d highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a place close to the Lantern District and beaches.

Stayed Jul 18, 2023Appreciate the quick a professional communication with owner for last minute hiccups we had and questions during our stay. We were at a CR conference in Lake Forest, Saddleback Church and the location was great for us to have a reasonable commute and enjoy the beach nearby. Neighbors all very friendly. Will be back.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Perch for the last 3 months while our home nearby was under construction. It was perfect place for the two of us and our dog. Ross is super responsive as to anything that is needed. We now have a perfect place to suggest to family and friends as a place to stay when visiting from out of town.
