The house has a well-designed open plan upper floor and is no doubt a perfect retreat for a relaxing getaway.
The amenities are top-notch, with a comfortable lounge area featuring an open fireplace and smart TV, making it a great spot for relaxation and entertainment. The large dining table and well-equipped kitchen with stone bench tops and European appliances are perfect for preparing and enjoying meals together. A second dinning setting is nestled between the large windows, perfect forsmaller and intimate meals.

The 3/4 pool table with billiards and pool balls is a great touch, providing extra fun and entertainment for guests. And the surrounding decks with comfortable outdoor furniture and a Weber Gas BBQ are the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Downstairs the four spacious bedrooms and well-designed bathrooms offer ample comfort and convenience for larger groups of up to 10 people. The laundry facilities including washing machine, dryer, cleaning products/equipment, ironing board, iron, trough and bench top. An added bonus is the hot/cold outdoor shower allowing guests to easily clean up after a day at the beach.

The inclusion of Wifi throughout the house and easy check-in and check-out with a key access safe are thoughtful touches that enhance the overall guest experience.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.

A security deposit of AUD500 is required for all confirmed reservations. This will be processed via an online link 7 days prior to arrival and will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
