Vistamar on Seabright beach! Remodeled kitchen, hot tub, views, decks...

Well stocked kitchen - great location - fantastic views

Amenities in great condition. New kitchen and floor plan changes excellent. Relocation of kitchen greatly improves the social space and the new dining deck is an excellent added amenity. We love this place and hope to stay again!

We had the most wonderful stay at Vistamar with our children and grandkids! The house is beyond beautiful, and kept up so nice. We were very impressed. Can’t wait to go back again!

Ten of us from two families had the best Christmas in this wonderful home next to Seabright Beach. Some of us had stayed here a few years ago and were very happy with our visit then. The remodel took it to the next level. The new kitchen and other improvements were very well designed and implemented. Everything is professionally maintained, well stocked, and done with style. Combined with the sounds of the crashing surf and the warmth of the hot tub, life’s stresses melt away. Worth every penny!

I would highly recommend this beautiful home. The views are just breathtaking and location is literally on the beach! I have never stayed at a nicer vacation rental. All the amenities you could want.

We were once again lucky enough to stay at Seabright. And once again the it did not disappoint! Our family had the best vacation and cant wait to stay again!

We had the most lovely time in this house. 9 of us in total and there was more than enough space for us all to spread out. We never left the house other than to visit the beach. The kitchen was ready to cook for a crowd. We BBQ’d, snuggled up for movies and talked about how we wished we lived there. Our host was so accommodating and her communication was 12/10. We will most definitely return to make more memories.

We live in Santa Cruz and had the best staycation at Gabriela's house. From 5 years to 65 years we all didn’t want to leave. Everything from check in to check out 5 stars and more. Thank you!

If you are going to Santa Cruz, Seabright Beach is the best - a great vibe and easy access to everything. No place else can you wake up to the sea lions, walk to the harbor, lunch on the pier, and enjoy the Boardwalk - all in the same day without taking your car out of the garage. If you are going to Seabright Beach, this is the best house period. We have rented four different homes in Seabright over the years, three multiple times (including here) and they are all great in their own way. But Gabriela's house is GREAT.

This property is by far the best we’ve ever stayed in.
