Vista Pacifica - Peace & Tranquility in middle of the Rainforest

Brian and Diego were helpful. Brian even greeted my daughter at the gate to guide her in since she was arriving in the dark. I don't know if we just had bad luck, but our power went out and we were without electricity or water for 2 out of the 3 days we were there. The drive to the house was explained well that you need a 4 wheel drive or all wheel drive to get in and out. It does add time to a trip to get in and out. It has incredible views and sounds. We didn't see any animals, just birds, a Cane Toad, and some insects. There were some minor issues with the house that we alerted the manager to.

Our stay at this Vrbo home was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, the host was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. The home itself was stunning—beautifully designed, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need.The secluded location was exactly what we were looking for—peaceful, private, and surrounded by breathtaking nature. Waking up to incredible views every morning was a dream, and to top it off, we even had monkeys visit us one morning, which was a highlight for the whole family!The host was attentive and responsive, ensuring our stay was comfortable and stress-free. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway in a gorgeous setting with top-notch hospitality, this is the perfect spot. We can’t wait to come back!

Pay attention to past reviews they provide some great information. You must have a 4 wheel drive, I didn't realize how far in the jungle the property is. And it is a challenging drive.If you have the opportunity arrive in the day light we arrived a night and it was challenge to figure things out, we ended up at someone house and they helped us you need to meet some so they can take you to the house. We did have some challenges with the property but they were resolved, don't hesitate to contact the property manager I worked with Diego. Diego also arranged some adventures for us. The big plus for this property is the fact that it is in the jungle, we spent hours every day just watching the wild life. Monkeys, a sloth that my grandsons named Sammy toucans, hawks, iguanas - we saw so much and one night and amazing lightning and thunder storm. It is truly special to be so close the the wildlife. Coffee in the morning with a sloth wine at night with the monkeys, life can't get better. Remember you are on an adventure.

The venue is stunning and is as represented. The house was gorgeous, at one time, but suffers from lots of deferred maintenence, some of which such as the pool, pool deck & pool tiles, prior reviews reveal, have been at issue for a long time. The house was not well stocked. The only spices were salt and pepper . . . . It would not take much to restore this house to its original condition, but the owner needs to put resources into this residence before the area is reclaimed by the jungle. As for the hosts, Diego was great and incredibly responsive. Brian, not so much.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The views and scenery were breathtaking, and the house is beautiful. Amazing variety of wildlife. Brian was very helpful with any questions we had and booking tours for us. Overall amazing experience.

We stayed in this beautiful home for three nights during our recent trip to Costa Rica. As other reviews have stated, you must have a four-wheel-drive, and I opted to let my husband drive to the house as I get a little nervous. Brian was very attentive, and met us at the Entrance to the gated community to show us the way to the home. Although we did not see any monkeys, we did see, iguanas, beautiful butterflies, and birds.

We absolutely loved this place! It's in the middle of a jungle, you can see monkeys at the trees next to the property. There is a beautiful view and a private pool which we enjoyed. The house is very spacious, clean and beautifully maintained. We stayed at several places during our trip to Costa Rica, but this one for sure stood out for us and our kids. Brian, the host of the house was super helpful and friendly, the best guide on local attractions. Whenever we needed any help, he provided an instant response and gave us the best advice. It made such a difference on our stay. We enjoyed having him and his Family join us for the baby turtle release. Brian has a great talent of connecting visitors with the locals. Also, when you visit Quepos - Cafetto is a must! Great food, service and the best smoothies ever! We miss everything about our stay! Thank you Brian!

The property was beautiful, house was clean with decent beds. Did see some monkeys one morning. Only major complaint is that the house is very far into the jungle, about 2km down a bad dirt road, after a different gravel road. So just keep In mind, it’s about 15 min to the pavement. 4wd is a must.

This property was off the normal path, and required off-road experience, but was well worth the drive. The home was clean, and had everything that was needed upon arrival. We did do some shopping in town to use the well stocked kitchen, and all worked as necessary. The pool was enjoyable and clean. No issues.

Brian was an amazing host, available, and helpful. This home give you the best of both worlds. We loved being far enough to experience the rainforest, yet close enough to drive to the beach and near by towns. Brian booked all of our activities based on what we wanted to do.
