Vintage Style Home, Huge Yard w/ Fire pit, Walking Distance to Downtown, Pets OK

Perfect spot for us. Easy walk to town and trails for running. Plenty of parking for 2 cars. Lots of space for relaxing, games, and enjoying the sun on the back deck. Getting some laundry done was a nice bonus.

Everything was great. Perfect location. Couch was so cozy!

Terrific place - so comfortable, so well equiped (even towels for the hot springs, reusable grocery bags, coffee maker and filters). We loved the fire pit outside. Easy walk to all the restaurants and right across the street is access to Red Mtn / Jeanne Golay Trailhead

Lovely spot on the edge of town. Super close to walking trails and downtown. My dog wanted to stay forever, the yard was his dream! Very comfy accommodations, great for a couple working from home. Will definitely book again.

We had a great stay here. The location is perfect-close to the historic downtown, the river trails, dog park and has easy on/off I-70. The fenced yard was a plus for our pup, too.

It was a great place to stay but it would have been nice to know the was mice poisoning in the laundry room especially with having our dog there. Overall it was great and we would love to come back!

Perfect spot

The entire house was clean & comfortable. The deck area was great especially with the trees and a comfotable amount of sunshine. The deck area was a nice place to hangout between all our other activities and we had great weather too! We didn't want to have to clean out the fireplace muck after using it, so we didn't use it. The kitchen was nice and the fenced front area & the backyard was great for our dogs. Nice comfortable place, very functional with a good usable flow and a great location! Property Mgr. communication was good and the whole process was quick, easy and everything worked as it should.

This property was perfect for our return to Glenwood Springs. The easy walk into town and to Two Rivers Park made it the perfect location. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Being able to walk out the front door with great walks with our golden retriever was exactly what we’d hoped for.

This was a wonderful place to stay and was within walking distance of the main parts of town so walking to gout to eat was a breeze!

This property is in a wonderful location I was very excited to book it! However once we arrived there were many issues which I reported to the property manager. She tried to address them as they presented. The house is older and in need of major TLC. We were disappointed but made the best of the situation. We were there 11 days visiting family and attending my 55th high school reunion. We rose above our disappointment and had a great vacation.

Great house within walking distance to town. Very clean. Had everything needed for a comfortable stay. We even had coffee for the morning! We will be back soon.

My husband and I booked a random trip to Glenwood springs and were immediately attracted to Pets allowed on this listing. We are pretty low maintenance people but this listing has everything needed ! The yard was a nice space for our dog to play and the neighborhoods nearby/ park were nice walking spots for our cosmo. As for my husband and I we enjoyed this stay in a home that felt LIKE a Home. The property was minutes away from our planned activities. Communication was clear and house riles were easy to follow! Will definitely be looking into booking this place again whenever we are back in CO.

We enjoyed our stay at this VRBO house located near the river, the Two Rivers Park and easy walking distance to downtown Glenwood Springs with all of their shops and restaurants. Instructions from the host were excellent and we especially enjoyed the large deck with beautiful views.

We felt right at home in this cute house and so did our 2 pugs! I was surprised that this was a pet-friendly stay because it was so clean and spotless when we arrived. Even our dogs couldn't tell that other dogs had stayed here! The proximity to the park across the street was great for morning/evening walks when the weather was cool and we loved being walking-distance to downtown Glenwood Springs. We walked to dinner most nights (check out the Brewery and Slope Hatch). I was a little worried there was no AC (only swamp cooler) but the house stayed very cool and comfortable even though we were there during a heat wave. We'd love to come stay in the winter and enjoy the fireplace!

Roomy, comfortable, and clean. On a busy street/corner but road noise was minimal. Walkable into town and paths along the river. Yard is large but I didn't realize it is detached from the house so pets must be leashed to go from home to yard - my only downside traveling with 2 dogs. Property manager was excellent!

This little house was absolutely perfect for my husband and I, our daughter and her fiance, and our dog. Walking distance to a beautiful, flourishing downtown area with many restaurant options, souvenirs, and boutiques. Across the street is a park, pickleball and basketball courts, and river access. The property doesn’t just allow dogs, they welcome them with a basket of toys to play with and a great large, lockable fenced in yard. Our dog found a new favorite red ball in the basket so we had to order her one of her own on Amazon. :)The home is very clean with everything you need to cook, huge windows, a fire pit, and gorgeous mountain views. The only thing lacking was the BBQ grill that was listed, but we were able to make our burgers in the oven and have plenty of enjoyable meals on the back deck. The kids also made use of the Hulu and Starz subscription the host provided. We did family photos at Two Rivers park, and we went Maroon Bells which is only an hour and fifteen minutes away and absolutely stunning, highly recommend!The host recommended Daily Bread for a breakfast place and we couldn’t agree more, it was fantastic and just a few blocks walk from the house. We also enjoyed the Iron Mountain Hot Springs so much that we went back a second time. Easy check-in, clear instructions, and a very secure little home away from home. We would love to visit again!

The check in via email correspondence was stress free, home is adorable; we loved the retro decor/furniture. Our first VRBO reservation and will never go back to hotel stays. Was awesome to head out whether it was a walk to downtown for shopping or early dinner and come home to a “home”. Drinks on the patio. Evenings on the couch watching included Hulu movies. Thank you so much for enhancing our 25th Wedding Anniversary experience.

The house was well set up. The kitchen was stocked better than most. Lots of spices and other things available. I could walk into town and access hiking trails.Location is noisy. I slept in the bedroom away from road which was more quiet.

Enjoyed our week in Glenwood Springs. Well equipped kitchen and being walking distance to downtown and the river walk was great.

Our family came up for two days at Christmas and we had a blast! The house was better than described. Super roomy with plenty a well stocked kitchen. The location is ideal as it is quiet, but very walkable. We enjoyed walking the river paths and going to the Main Street. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Glenwood!

This is the second time that we have stayed in this charming home. There is a beautiful new deck and nice inside upgrades that made it even better this time. It is very pet friendly with a fenced in side yard. The communications were great. Will stay there again!

This was a great location and perfect place if you are traveling with pets as the yard was large and secure. House was cozy, clean and well decorated with all the needed amenities. Property manager was very accessible and responsive. I would definitely recommend this property.

Nice, clean place & great owner. Close to restaurants and train depot. Right off the main road so a little louder than we would've liked but it met all of our needs.

We rented this property for 6 days and it worked out wonderfully for us. House is nice, the location was great - close to town. The fenced in yard worked well for our two dogs. The response rate for questions was excellent. I would rent again.

The house was neat and clean, well stocked. The location was good - a pleasant walk to downtown (and we are in our 70's). We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

This property was very clean and comfortable with lots of windows and natural light. The kitchen was well supplied. The only downside was that the house was located on a busy street and it is difficult to exit the driveway.

Good location for walking, was on a busy intersection but the ease of walking to everything made it very convenient without having to cross the intersection. Dog friendly with great back deck perfect for coffee, meals, and hanging out.
