The location is absolutely perfect—right on the river and just a short trip to the hot springs and everything else the area has to offer. The house itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and packed with thoughtful amenities that made our stay incredibly comfortable.From mornings on the patio with coffee and the sound of the river, to evenings spent relaxing in the cozy living space, everything exceeded our expectations. Stayed May 5, 2024We rolled the dice with a spring trip and ran into quite a lot of snow and rain through our trip. Besides that our stay was great, the pictures do not do this property justice. Even being trapped inside most of the trip it’s still great with the beautiful views from inside and the sound of the river.

Stayed Mar 12, 2024This property was perfect for our family of 8. The huge waterfront access was great for trout fishing and the grand piano and ping pong table provided hours of entertainment. The host was awesome and responded within minutes to the few questions that we had. We will definitely stay here again!

Stayed Jun 17, 2023This is one of the cleanest properties we have ever rented. It was well stocked with supplies as well as pots/pans, dishes, and the house is properly maintained. The property is beautiful along the river and nicely landscaped. Easy access (.6 miles) to Rio Grande Trail. Close to Carbondale and upper valley hiking trails. Three bedrooms up with 1 ensuite bath and a shared bath for 2 bedrooms. Two ‘bedrooms’ downstairs have 1/2 bath and full bath to share. There is ample common area for sitting and relaxing together. The property is private, I would return. Owners were helpful as well.

Stayed Dec 22, 2022What an unbelievable home! My family, my brother's family and our parents stayed in this beautiful home for a week over Christmas. It was the absolute perfect place to enjoy some family time and take in all the Valley has to offer. The area is conveniently nestled between Glenwood Springs and Carbondale and just a stone's throw to Aspen. We love to cook and the house had everything we could ever need to enjoy holiday feasts. The views were spectacular and the kids loved watching the ducks and geese playing in the river. The hot tub was my personal favorite. I can't wait to come back and see this gorgeous home in the summer. Can't recommend enough!
