Stayed Jul 25, 2020The house is beautifully renovated and offers spectacular views on the hills near Biot. The hosts are very helpful and accommodating. The only issue we had was that the bed in the smallest bedroom is uncomfortable and not really suited for a taller adult like our son. Apart from that we warmly recommend this villa.

Stayed Aug 13, 2019Patrick's property is a deluxe house/villa with private pool, situated about 1km from the delightful town of Biot and about 10mins by car from Antibes. We are a family of four, with children 6 and 8 and we had an idyllic week here in Aug '19. The house is immaculate and luxurious, the pool similarly, and the outside eating area totally shaded and served by gas grill. Perfection! Perhaps the nicest villa we've rented in the last 10years? Patrick and his family made the whole check-in and check-out process effortless, with English spoken and it was all so easy. It you are considering exploring Antibes and the area, then this wonderful villa comes highly recommend from us.

Stayed Jul 10, 2016We had a great 2 week stay from July 10th till July 23rd 2016. The house is modern, elegant and very well maintained by the owners. The living space is even better than the pictures portrait and is very spacious as is the master bedroom (the other rooms are good as well). The garden is lovely and the pool is sizable and very clean. The area the house is located in is very quiet and only 15 minutes walk from the village. The owners were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend it.
