    Nice ocean view. The pool was not open.Walking distance to golf cource & shopping/restaurants.

    Spectacular view and very nice complex. The location is excellent and you can get to Nice or Antibes in less than 30 minutes. Neighborhood is very quiet. Owners are very flexible and super nice. They left some food for me on the day I arrived because it was a holiday and they were worried all grocery stores would be closed. The toilet is in with the washer and water heater. Unit needs some upgrades. The refrigerator had something rancid in it so was unable to get the smell out even with bleach, so the unit smelled the entire time I was there. No dedicated parking for this unit so parking within the gates is challenging. Street parking is always available.

    The hosts are a very nice couple and very helpful. The location is good if you have a car which we did. Good access to the highway so easy to get to Cannes, Grasse, MC, Antibes, even Menton is a nice drive. About 20 min drive from the Nice airport. There is a nice grocery store a short walk away (i think its a mini Carrefour) which has all you'll need. (Its closed on sundays). There is also a nice boulangerie across from the grocery if you want the really good stuff! The flat is well equipped, clean and spacious it has a washing machine and a proper shower despite what the ad says. There was three of us including our 9 yo son but the flat can easily accommodate two couples. No a/c though but a nice breeze most nights and a great fan!. Internet and TV worked good, I could even use my netflix account to watch movies. Really nice views from the bedroom, kitchen and balcony. What a pitty we couldnt have a BBQ their like the neighbors below did. Couldnt find a nice french-pub like 'Le Beaujolais' nearby but that's the compromise you make when you choose the hills vs a flat in the city. Would recommend it to small families who like the cool calm hillside flat or anyone going to the tennis academy near by. Thank you Valery! Look forward to our next visit.

    Apartment is very comfortable, spotless, good furnishing, and services such as TV/Internet, washing/dryer machine, iron etc. Kitchen well equipped. Location is great, with Nice, Cannes, and Antibes all within 15 minute drive. Rapid bus route 230 nearby will connect to the airport Mon-Fri, 1.50 euro fare. Relaxing views, and great swimming pool. Short walk to abundant shops, bars, restaurants. Landlord was a pleasure to deal with. Would come back on next trip to South of France.
