Stayed Aug 5, 2024I booked the property for two people, but a total of three stayed. The owner demanded an additional €300 for a third person via a bank transfer or cash. I called VRBO customer support and they said the third person should stay for free according to the terms of their agreement. More than 3 people would cost more, but for 2 or 3 there is no difference. The most the owner can ask is €6 in tourist tax. Other issues: the WiFi did not work after numerous attempts. The bathroom counter has to be kept completely dry otherwise the material bubbles up.

Stayed Jun 30, 2022We´d spent 11 nights at this property and had a great time. It was clean, had a modern kitchen/living area and a modern bathroom on the groundfloor. The two bedrooms and on the 1st floor and the kitchen have air conditioning which is helpful with temperatures up to 38°C/100°F. The Apartment is also beautifully decorated (not too much but tastefully). Overall the property is in a very good condition. Early check-in was possible which we´ve been grateful for (travelling with a toddler). Parking in front of the apartment and of course... the beaches. La Cinta, Lu Impostu and Cala di Brandinchi are a 5-10 minute drive away (with Lu Impostu being the nearest). For the two latter a reservation is required which must be made one day in advance via App. Same day reservation seems not to be possible which you should keep in mind if you come for the beaches. The owner responded immediately. Definitely a place to come back. Thanks again to Johanna and Monika (who checked us in and out).
