Pros: Ottimo appartamento, stoviglie presenti, asciugamani e lenzuola fornite, presenza di 1 bagno e mezzo (ma sopperito dalla presenza di ottima doccia esterna). Cortiletto interno per cene estive all’aperto…ottimo dialogo con il proprietario e disponibilità per checkin! Consigliatissimo! Speriamo di tornarci anche il prossimo anno! Cons: Purtroppo a causa di un malfunzionamento della rete elettrica di San Teodoro (due blackout pomeridiani improvvisi e inaspettati) è saltato l’impianto di climatizzazione, bruciando la componistica della scheda madre: il proprietario si è prodigato per la riparazione con 2 tecnici, ma essendo la settimana di ferragosto non è stato possibile far arrivare il pezzo di ricambio in tempo.
