Our house is designed to excite, to touch the heart of each guest and remain a happy memory. The rooms are small very intimate nests, immersed in a green garden where peace reigns supreme, among olive trees, olive trees and myrtles in bloom.
Completely refurbished in 2015, the apartment is composed of 4 completely independent rooms, kitchenette, 3 adjacent double rooms, but not communicating, bathrooms and private entrances with mosquito nets.

Stayed Sep 6, 2024Barbara made us extremely welcome and helped with everything during our stay. We were not far from Town and the beach but you would need a car to get around. The rooms were comfortable and although they do not have air conditioning we were supplied with fans. The gardens of the property are beautiful.

Stayed Jun 19, 2021Staying at Barbara’s house was one of the highlights of our trip to San Teodoro. The location was perfect for us as we were away from the crowds, and had a beautiful ocean view. In addition, I saw no other property in San Teodoro with a more beautiful garden. Truly an amazing experience to sit in the garden and see the stars and the ocean from the hillside. For transportation, I would recommend renting bikes to get around town and to the beach. Most of town is a 10 min bike ride away. Overall, our experience was a 10/10, and I can’t give thanks enough Barbara for opening her house to us.

Stayed Apr 15, 2019We had an amazing stay at this place in San Teodoro! Everything was perfect, Barbara was a very kind and thoughtful host. She recommended many good restaurants and helped us to find interesting places in and around San Teodoro. There were even little sweets, fresh eggs or typically Sardinien cakes waiting fot us at the breakfast table every morning!The appartment was perfectly clean and furnished with care, the garden was beautiful. Thank you very much Barbara for this perfect stay! :)

Stayed Jul 3, 2018Barbara is an excellent host going above and beyond. She provides so many personal touches to this lovely accommodation. Nothing is too much trouble. We had an absolutely fantastic week here and would highly recommend this property. The property is perfect for families or couples in beautiful gardens.

Stayed Jun 16, 2018This was a week's break in the sunshine for our family. The house is beautiful and is owned by the wonderful Barbara who could not have been more kind and helpful. The house has been designed so that guests and owners have good privacy and it works well. Whilst you don't have living rooms, the terrace becomes one, merging into the well tended and peaceful gardens. The magnificent La Cinta beach is minutes away and we explored other varied beaches nearby. Local restaurants are excellent and a boat ride with Barbara's son is to be highly recommended.
