Villa Sol - private heated pool & 30m from the sea

Villa Sol is a fantastic and in a great location. The house was immaculate and the property well laid out. There is plenty of sunshine by the pool and shade all around the house, keeping it from getting too hot indoors. Although the kitchen is small, it is well stocked. A couple of ice cube trays are all it needs. :) The bedrooms, all en suite, are a good size with comfortable beds. We loved the 30-second walk to the sea and enjoyed a swim a couple of times of day. The view from the outdoor dining table is lovely and we made good use of the great barbecue too. It is less than a 10-min walk to the beachfront in town and it was lovely enjoying a drink at Phil's Beach Bar on a few evenings. You can also do great walks/hikes from the house going left or right on the road that runs along the seafront. One thing I would recommend is you do a grocery shop before getting on the ferry. Although we did still need to use the main Studenac in Grohote, it is not a great store. During the week, there is also a small fruit/veg market in the parking lot next to the store. Finally, Bruno, our host, is first rate! He sent comprehensive information before our stay, was waiting for us on arrival and clearly wants to ensure his guests have a great stay in his lovely home. If you are considering a stay on the island of Solta and you will have a car, this is the house you should book.

This villa is absolutely gorgeous! It has 3 good sized bedrooms all with air conditioning and lovely ensuites. There is a large indoor dinning table and a kitchen with plenty of crockery, a hob, cooker and microwave enabling you to self cater. There is a lovely sofa , tv and hifi unit. There is a beautiful private outdoor pool with sunbeds and cushions, perfect for relaxing and cooling off in the heat! The outdoor area is very well maintained with a variety of shaded seating and dining areas with lovely views of the sea. The stone fire and BBQ offers the opportunity for cooking outdoors. The jasmine was in flower during our stay and the aroma was delightful.

Helpful owners, a property even more attractive than its listing, a wonderful location (it really is only 30 metres to the sea) - in short, a perfect place for a peaceful holiday!

A spacious and modern home located in a quiet are of Necujam. Close to the water and close to the beach. Nice people renting out the house. No problem in recommending other to come here.
