LUXURY VILLA IVAN WITH POOL, ISLAND ŠOLTA

Everything was well maintained and for any occasion the host was supporting in a fast manner

The villa was exactly what we needed for a holiday with 2 families. It was exceptionally clean throughout and incredibly well equipped. The host was welcoming and helpful throughout. Would highly recommend and we're already planning our next stay!

We loved the villa. The master bedroom had was gorgeous with a wonderful private terrace. There was plenty of space for all 7 of us. The pool was clean and there were lots of areas for privacy and break out as well as communal for dining and chilling out. There is a walk up the hill but the coast at the bottom of the road is stunning and the bar is a wonderful place to hang out. Our hostess was so helpful and met us to hand over the keys and gave lots of suggestions for things to do. We did have a car so explored lots of the island from the hidden coves on the South of the island to the larger harbours - all of which are breath taking.

We loved our stay in the house and would have stayed longer if possible. The kids loved all the toys that were provided. I appreciated that we had everything required for cooking (and baking) and that also extra toilet paper, washing product, many extra towels ware provided. The owner was super friendly and very flexible regarding our arrival / leaving time. The views are fantastic. The island is quiet and we loved the more rustic feel of it. If our kids would have been a bit older, we could have undetaken more adventurous walks to more secluded bays, so we keep this location in mind for later ;-). All in all, I would love to come back.

Lovely Villa, was sparking clean. The hosts were amazing. We needed help arranging transport for my mother-in-law. They organised all of this on our behalf and even collected her from the port. Couldn't do enough to help. They also popped around to check the pool. Villa is in a great location just a short walk to the beach. Would book again. Thanks

We had the best time on Solta and in Villa Ivan. The house was just a perfect match for us. Big house with a nice clean pool. The host was friendly and accommodating and answered all of our questions within reasonable time. The house has 3 big bedrooms and a small chamber with a single bed. The master bedroom was super nice with a balcony which has a nice view out to the bay of Necujam. Everything was modern and clean. I would always recommend this house and host to everybody.

A very well equipped property, everything was clean and the master bedroom has a lovely balcony and a wonderful view. All rooms air conditioned, except the small bedroom downstairs that did get very hot. The pool was ideal and there is always some area in the shade, also a lovely outdoor eating area which was always shaded. The outdoor grill was wonderful, we went to the fish market several times and cooked everything from sardines to sea bass on it, coming out at a fraction of the price of the restaurants. Local restaurant have truly excellent pizzas and risotto, indulged there 3 times when we were feeling lazy. Beach bar about 15 minutes walk from the house was good fun too. ( careful if the stone steps into the sea there, my son slipped and hit his elbow pretty badly ). Lots of lovely beaches to explore, some on foot, some by car. ( can be a bit tricky, the roads, I’m not sure I would have managed as well as my son!). The owners were very helpful when anything at all was needed. We had a great time, just what we all needed. Absolutely fantastic villa, spotlessly clean with all the facilities you’d need including beach towels, washing powder and fabric conditioner, hand soap and some local Olive oil. There was a lilo for the pool whilst we were there and the host was fantastic, giving us tips of where to eat, things to do and answering any questions we had about the villa. I’m very fussy and this bill exceeded my expectations. I went with my husband, father and two children aged 3 and 7 and the villa was perfect for them. You need a car for the island but it’s an incredible place to visit, unspoilt, quiet and with crystal clear seas. I would definately come to Solta again and would definately stay in this villa again!

We are a family of 5. We stayed here for a week in July. The villa is beautiful and very well equipped. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Lots of lovely little touches that made the stay very comfortable. We will go back some day! From the villa you can walk to a lovely beach bar and the village of Necujam which has some cafes. All the beaches here are rocky (which we prefer) but the water is lovely and quite sheltered in Necujam. There are some restaurants within a short walk but otherwise you will need a car to go anywhere. It is free to park most places and short drives to supermarket and fresh veg market in Grohote. It is easy enough to get the ferry from Rogac back to Split leaving the car at Riga for the day. It’s worth the short drive to visit Maslinica and Stomorska which are pretty harbour towns. Almost no restaurants anywhere in Dalmatia take cards so take plenty of cash. You can generally use cards at the supermarket.
