This luxury villa is located in the north of the largest Wadden Island Texel with its wide sandy beaches. From the large terrace you have a view of the extensive Krimbos. Ideal for families.

The centre of De Cocksdorp is 400 m away with various shops and restaurants. The island of Texel offers many cycling and walking paths. All sights, activities and villages with terraces and shops are in a short distance from each other. Take the children to the Caluna swimming paradise or to the seals at Ecomare, and don't forget to stop for a drink on the terrace in Den Burg or De Koog. For walkers, the nature reserve de Slufter is highly recommended, as of course is a unique guided mudflat walk.

The villa has a spacious and luxurious open plan kitchen. The bright living room with dining table offers comfort for a large group and there is a washing and drying combination in the common room. On the ground floor there is 1 bedroom with bathroom en suite. On the first floor you will find 1 bedroom with bathroom en suite, 2 separate bedrooms and 1 separate bathroom. You can park your car at the villa. Beds are made upon arrival. If you use the camp bed, you have to bring your own sheets and blankets.

Absolutely loved the luxury of this villa! The en suite bathrooms were a real treat, and the heating kept us cozy during our stay, Plus, the proximity to the beach is unbeatable!

The accommodations were very good! Everything needed was available to us and the kids loved to play in the sandbox and playground nearby. We had a fantastic time and worth repeating.

Heel mooi, goed ingericht huis, van alle gemakken voorzien en met aangename sfeer. Pal naast de Slufter gelegen, goed vertrekpunt voor wandelingen. Keuken goed uitgerust.
