In October 2015, we have realized a piece of Texel and acquired this newly converted cottage no. 441 (semi-detached) with modern kitchen (with dishwasher, microwave, Senseokaffeemaschine, gas stove, fully stocked), 2 new bathrooms (1 bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet , 1 bath with bathtub and toilet), infrared sauna, fireplace, 2. TV upstairs, DVD Player, Bluetooth system,free Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, terrace and beautiful garden.
The living and dining area, a new floor heating is established. A closed fireplace can also during the cold season the evening comfortably.
The house is quiet right on a small playground. Within walking distance (300 m) is the park center (Holiday Park De Krim (www.crim- Texel.de)) with a supermarket, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, playgrounds, restaurant etc ..

Our bungalow is run annually by the owner's cooperative from the bungalow park and last ranked in November 2016 in rank 1, the highest level.
