Magnificent and brand new villa in Scopello with private heated swimming pool in front of the house, with 4 double bedrooms, three bathrooms with shower, two of which are private bathrooms in as many bedrooms, large kitchen with gas hob and living room with sofa, reserved parking space inside of the property, possibility of making barbecue at the back of the villa with fully equipped area.

Two double bedrooms and a bathroom with large shower are located on the ground floor, to reach them there are a few steps to go down.

Upstairs there are the other two bedrooms with each a bathroom in the room. One of the two bedrooms does not have a door but is on the mezzanine and privacy is created thanks to a blackout curtain.

The Villa is located a few minutes from the fantastic bay of 'Cala Bianca' in Scopello which can be easily reached on foot from the villa and where there is a path that leads directly to the various coves.

The Villa is surrounded by a garden and there are large outdoor spaces on the 4 sides of the house.
