Stayed Jun 8, 2025Very nice and beautiful resort. Management handled anything that would come up quickly. My family had a great experience. Definitely will go back again!

Stayed May 29, 2025We had a wonderful time staying at Las Palmas. Villa 11 was a great location…right in the middle of the pools, hot tubs and everything at the resort. The Villa was spacious and fit our party of 10. The rooms were spacious and perfect for our family. The only issue we had was not having any hand soap or dish soap in any of the bathrooms or kitchen. I’ve never stayed anywhere that didn’t have soap available to wash your hands but got a quick response and they brought us hand soap. We ended up buying dish soap so we could clean dishes. Other than that, t was great ans we would definitely stay there again.

Stayed Mar 13, 2025Overall, the location and amenities were as advertised. A few opportunities were bed sheets (there was incomplete bed sheets on 3/4 beds), dishwasher did not work, not many utensils in the kitchen.
