Settle into an easygoing Sea Ranch stay designed for families and small groups. The home sleeps 6 across three bedrooms plus a loft and includes two full bathrooms for simple routines. The main living area offers a comfortable place to gather, and a nearby kitchen and dining area make mealtimes straightforward. Step outside, then relax in the hot tub after a day on the trails. A private washer and dryer add at-home convenience, and a DVD player is on hand for laid-back movie nights.

Important Things to Note

• Parking: Parking is available for up to 2 cars. Sea Ranch does not allow overnight street parking. RVs, trailers, or mobile homes are not permitted within The Sea Ranch.

• Stairs: The house has stairs. Please review photos and consider mobility needs.

• Connectivity: Due to Sea Ranch’s remote coastal/mountain location, Wi-Fi and cell service can be spotty or occasionally unavailable; speeds and reliability are not guaranteed.

• Communal amenities: Guests have access to Sea Ranch’s three recreation centers with outdoor pools and other facilities; amenities and offerings vary by center and may change seasonally.

• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly. If evidence of a pet is found, an additional cleaning fee may apply.

• There is no BBQ grill in this property.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

    We had a really nice stay at the Viglione house. Lots to do: hiking the coast line, hanging at the beach, pickle ball, community pool, less than 10 minutes to Gualala. House has a great view, especially at sunset. Used the hot tub every morning and evening. Things to know: house is very dated (but didn’t bother us), bring your own beach chairs, charcoal grill on site, reserve pickle ball ahead of time (Moonraker Rec Center is closest). House is spacious: 2 kids bedrooms downstairs, “master” is upstairs with kitchen and living room. Overall we had a nice weekend!

    Our family enjoyed our stay overall. The home is dated but clean. Our grandkids loved the hot tub and the view of nature- saw fox, deer and hawks. The view of the ocean was breathtaking. The home should have some sensory cleaning meaning it was very musty smelling. Overall it was a very good place to stay.

    The view was outstanding and walkable trails from the house to the beaches were spectacular. The property, although comfortable was very tired and needed some updating. A welcome basket with a bit of coffee or tea would have been nice too.

    Spent Monday afternoon through Friday morning here and had a wonderful, relaxing time. Spacious master bedroom, upstairs kitchen and living room have great views and very comfortable feel. Unlike some other older Sea Ranch houses we’ve stayed in, everything worked and was well maintained, including the hot tub. We had a good week.

    Beautiful location close to Ohlson pool- a 30’minute walk along the bluff. The house was spacious and comfortable. A great place for friends and family. Everything we needed was there

    The house was pleasant and well located, with views of the white water and minutes to the cliffs. Kitchen was large enough and well equipped. For a 10 out of 10 rating, the house could use some TLC: window coverings need to be replaced, bathrooms need to be updated, rugs need to be replaced or changed to wood floors. The house seemed moldy due to moisture in the rugs and walls.

    Appreciated the cleanliness, again. This property needs a little TLC as anyone can clearly see some items are unusable such as the front door knob, weeding of the entry path and so on. I've rented many homes in Sea Ranch. seems platforms aren't doing their diligence or the owners aren't willing to pay for maintenance as they once did.

    Communication with hosts was chaotic. The numbers they provided didn't work, they sent multiple sets of check-in instructions. Some said we needed to go to a property manager to get a lock box, some said we went directly to property. And none of the phone numbers they sent worked... we were unable to get in touch with an actual person. Instead, they texted us standard replies from a different number each time. Check out time is 10a in one place, 11a in another. The property itself had some issues: floor was sticky with unrinsed soap, the carpets were doused in fabreeze to the point where we had to keep the door open to let out the fumes, the hot water never got really hot. Super disappointed with the management company's total lack of availability. It messed with our vacation and next time I won't be renting a place where I can't actually call a human being if there is an issue.

    It was all great except that we did t realize that you had to climb an exactly vertical ladder to access the loft. Luckily one of us was agile enough to climb the ladder.
