The Space:

Recently remodeled, tastefully furnished ground level space in true Portland fashion, this space boasts a unique charm, with many of the original features and woodwork from its over-a-century-year-old structure still in tact.

The living room is cozy and relaxed. Those rainy days are perfect for cuddling up and watching movies on the 55 LED flat-screen TV.



If you feel like eating in, there's a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances and a big farmhouse-style table in the spacious dining room to easily host your crew - not to mention grocery stores just a few blocks away.



After spending the day walking, shopping, and eating, you'll love coming home to the super comfy queen-size beds in each of the bedrooms. Two bedrooms total.

Bus — TriMet Route 2 (Division) runs along Division Street with frequent service to downtown (~15 min).



Biking — BIKETOWN bike-share stations nearby. Portland's bike lane network makes cycling easy and safe.



Driving — Free street parking available (read signs for restrictions). Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) typically arrives in under 5 minutes.



✈️ Airport — PDX is about 15 minutes by car or a quick MAX + bus connection.

The listing is a lower level finished basement apart of a duplex.

When rented simultaneously there may be other guests occupying the listing upstairs. And with this, there may be minimal audible noise.

    Great location! Very comfortable! Good communication from host. Parking was a little tricky and not onsite which would have been good to know in advance because nearby street parking was restricted. We would have probably put different family members at that house. Would definitely love to return!

    This was an attractive unit in a good location with nearby food and coffee. We all enjoyed our stay as we checked out Portland colleges and neighborhoods.
