The set up was perfect and the location was a short walk to the pool and fitness center. The cart that we rented was in the driveway when we arrived and we took it to the beach for a moon lit walk. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, coffee maker and tons of plates, glasses, stem ware, etc. We loved everything. The property was super clean--we used baby oil to remove tar from our feet every day before we went inside. There is an outdoor shower that helped with this process. I'm not sure why the tar was so bad at the beach this year. We actually loved being towards the entrance of the neighborhood because there was construction beach side and we didn't have any of the construction vehicles or workers near us. It was nice and quiet.

It's hard to find houses with 3 king-sized beds for the adults but this one fit the bill. The kid's bunk room was a huge hit as well. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook family dinners every night. The house was clean and the dinning table was huge and able to fit our whole group. We would absolutely stay here again!
