Vacation Starts Now! Pet friendly, beach fun 5 min away!

This house is adorable and the living spaces/kitchen were perfect for our girls trip. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is due to the yard & decks state. The photos make it look a lot more well kept & also show a balcony with a nice table that we looked forward to hanging out on but neither the deck (dirty) nor balcony were useable (balcony had a written sign telling us not to use it and there were broken branches & no table on it). Besides those 2 things, this house was super clean, decorated nicely, and within a good driving distance to the beach!!! Beach towels were provided & the bathrooms had body wash, shampoo, and conditioner ready to go.

Owner goes out of his way to provide everything needed for the stay as well as some snacks and coffee options Nice property that just needs a little TLC . Basement and garage could be a little cleaner, as the laundry is in the basement. Back patio needs some help to be usable. Bedrooms on 2nd floor are very nice as is the shower. First floor furniture just needs an update. Dining area is a great place to hang out.

The owner reached out to welcome communication when I reserved the house. He was very happy to answer questions and was quick to fix the minor issue we had upon arrival. The house was clean and accurately fits the description. We highly recommend.

Staying at this home provided a great home base to explore a few activities in the area. We were able to use the kitchen for meals & relax together once the day was complete. The location within walking distance to the beach was ideal for walks/runs and listening to the waves of the ocean. The host was kind & responsive - we would stay here again!

This house was perfect for a girls' weekend away. The house was pristine, there was plenty of linen, and the kitchen was very well equipped. There were plenty of games, some books, and a tip board for guests to leave each other suggestions and reviews for local attractions. The bottled water, breakfast bars, and popcorn were a great added touch and we loved the take a bottle, leave a bottle wine rack! We were 5 adults and a toddler and had plenty of room to spread out (with a much appreciated and easy to use baby gate at the top of the stairs). One thing we didn't realize before booking was that the room with two beds can only be accessed through the king bedroom. This was not a problem for us at all, just something to note. While we didn’t make use of it, the playscape in the back was great, and it's a good sized yard for kicking or throwing around a ball. It's not often hosts go above and beyond to make a rental feel like home, but these hosts nailed it. Looking forward to booking another stay in the future!
