Stayed Feb 21, 2025Location was great for what I was doing from Sarasota to Fort Meyers. The furniture was very uncomfortable and so was the bed. The cleaning was a little sub standard. Usually there is a tv in the bedroom. Not in this case. The house was nice but it fell a little short for us.

Stayed Mar 1, 2020House was nice enough, but felt it could have been cleaner and in better working order. Clothes dryer didn't work, but give them credit for replacing it. Clothes washer was difficult to turn knob for settings. Sheets were nubby. Tub had rust stain. Some overhead lights out. Plenty of space and closets. Nice to have garage for gear. Quiet and private. With some small improvements it would be great. This is our first Vrbo vacation rental, so we don't have anything to compare it to. We would go again, because overall we could live with the little things.

Stayed Feb 15, 2020We found a few things that did not work in the house and the mattress on the queen bed was a bit hard, but the house has a nice layout and we did enjoy our stay there. It's close to restaurants, stores, gas stations and about 15 min to most gulf beaches.

Stayed Jan 13, 2020Home is very nice and roomy. It’s in good condition and all the rooms were clean. The location is very convenient to Hwy. 41. Very quiet neighborhood. The kitchen equipment is in quite poor condition. The bed and linens need upgrading. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Mar 5, 2019We enjoyed our stay, house was great and very close to the main road Rt 41 which took us to Englewood, Port Charlotte, Ft Meyers and Punta Gorda.
