Stayed Jun 11, 2024The house is very nice, and for the price I don't think you will find a better value. In two minutes you can walk to downtown and the marina. We are so happy that we chose this house, and woykd recommend it to someone who wants the best value in town.

Stayed Sep 10, 2023My family had a wonderful stay at this property this past week. We haven't been to Charlevoix in many years together. This property was super-convenient to downtown and many of the familiar places we enjoy going. Access by car and parking were easy too. The front porch, back porch, and backyard seating areas were really great for us to use. Owner is essentially on-site should any problems arise. Enjoyed our stay!

Stayed Sep 1, 2022The house feels like home--comfortable living room and dining room, a spacious kitchen with appliances and utensils for cooking, two bathrooms, and three comfortable bedrooms. We were able to enjoy the front porch as well as the back porch for morning coffee. It's two minutes to town, and so easy to reach other destinations from this location.
