Vacation Cute house walking distance to Warm Mineral Springs

The house was nice, the beds were decent. The furniture and cooking items in the kitchen were very lacking. The couch and chairs in the living room were old and broke down and sort of junky. The pans for cooking were extremely old and so heavily scratched we did not want to cook with them. The dishwasher was not even attached under the counter, it could be pulled right out of its location. The racks in the dishwasher were burnt and damaged that it could not be used. It was a decent place but we didn’t feel like there was much concern from the owner as to the comforts of home one would look for in a VRBO. Like comfortable and undamaged furniture, undamaged cooking utensils. However the home was relatively clean and nice outside of those few issues. I would recommend this VRBO but hope those items are corrected for the next renters. We did enjoy or stay.

Beautiful house, but with several annoying deficiencies which would not be that hard to correct. Yard/grounds were in absolutely deplorable condition until landscapers arrived several days into our stay. Still, a pretty satisfactory stay overall.

We enjoyed staying at this vacation home! The house was very clean, and felt spacious for our family of six. The beds were comfortable. It was handy having a washer and dryer so we could pack lighter. It was also very kind of the host to provide linens. The neighborhood felt safe, we enjoyed taking walks with our kids. There were several stores and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed several nice beaches within 25 to 30 min drive. We would be happy to stay here again.

Overall very nice stay. Provided clean accommodations at a fair price to allow us and our friends time to spend together and enjoy the springs. I prefer a little more communication, but that could be personal preference. Thank you for the stay.

Short notice trip and was able to book this house in a quiet neighborhood. Close enough to the beaches. House had everything we needed.

Picked this location close to family living in Venice, Florida. Close to Publix, and other shopping. We thought the hot springs were closed due to our Mapquest, but it was open just down the street. House was comfortable and clean. The landscaping could use a little TLC. Great stay, would definitely come here again.

Cascade is trashed, Master bed is not king and not comfortable, Ceiling fan in master bed doesn’t work, Master bathroom had mold, Lots of dust and dead bugs on windowsills, kitchen sink was super dirty, lock on door to garage broken so could not lock door, overgrown bushes and lawn. Overall do not recommend.
