UVA Home WALKABLE to Scott Stadium, UVA Grounds, the Corner, & Wineries

We have stayed in many rental homes over the years, but this was the cleanest! It is a beautiful space and a perfect layout for our family group of various ages. The location is great, and we even walked to a delicious dinner one night at a Neopolitan pizza place called Pi-Napo. Highly recommend.

We came to visit my sister for Thanksgiving. 10 of us stayed in the house but 19 were able to fit for Thanksgiving dinner!!! The house is perfect for gathering. Comfy beds and great kitchen for hanging out in!

We had a wonderful time at a family wedding and will definitely return for a UVA football game. The house is just perfect- great layout and clean. The kitchen is the best stocked rental I have ever seen. Rachel was friendly and accommodation. We can’t wait to return and see more of beautiful Charlottesville.

What a wonderful house! This lovely home worked so well for my husband and me and our adult children. It was very well appointed and comfortable and made our week in Charlottesville for my son’s wedding even more delightful. Our host was excellent and prompt in responding to any questions we had, which is such a plus. I would definitely recommend considering this rental to anyone travelling to Charlottesville! The house was perfect for our family. Great spaces to just be together and plenty of bedroom space. Everything was clean and ready for us. The property manager had great communication with us before and during our stay. We would stay again. Great location as well.

This house suited our family of 9 perfectly. We stayed in this house previously, and we liked it so much we were happy it was available a few months later.

We stayed at this VRBO over the weekend for a wedding, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The location was ideal—close to everything we needed yet quiet and relaxing. The home had plenty of room for everyone to spread out comfortably, and it was clean, well-stocked, and just as described. It truly felt like a home away from home. We will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Wonderful property for our gathering of 5 generations

We stayed for our son’s graduation from UVA, it was like being at home. Everything you could possibly need, comfortable, spacious, and a great location. There were a few small things we needed and the host was very responsive. Due to an uncontrollable situation we had to wait a bit to check in and the host bought us a round of drinks for the inconvenience. Would recommend.

Truly enjoyed our stay for my husband’s birthday weekend celebrating with friends and family. Great for a large group with a convenient location. Would stay again!

Seven of my family members stayed in this beautiful, spacious, clean and well-stocked home for a family wedding weekend. C'ville was very busy this particular weekend with a race and new student activities. There were people everywhere! In spite of this, we found the house just on the edge of the busy-ness in a quiet conveniently located neighborhood. Would we choose to stay here again? Absolutely!!

We all stayed at this wonderful house, that was just a few minutes from my son's house, to celebrate my Granddaughter's birthday! It was a perfect place! The host was very responsive and accommodating. She is wonderful. I would absolutely stay here again!

Our stay was great and we were all very happy with the house arrangement. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare food, and there were places available to sit and eat and watch tv at the same time, which was important to my family during football season. The bedrooms were spacious and clean, and allowed enough room for the family to spread out and sleep undisturbed. There is ample parking space and a yard for the children to play in. And the use of the hot tub was a special perk. Being walking distance to UVA was a plus also, as it is a beautiful campus to see. We were able to get in touch with the owner with any questions, and she was very helpful. I highly recommend this home for a family gathering.

We stayed with kids and grandkids and entertained extended family. Space was perfect and very comfortable. Enjoyed the hot tub and comfortable beds. Bonus if you are a UVA fan. But - Go Duke! ?

Perfect setup for Reunions weekend. House is great! Hot tub a welcome bonus. 4 bedrooms are great; the fifth is a pull-out couch. Rachel was super-responsive and so helpful and gracious. No-brainer return stay!
