Stayed Dec 31, 1969Close to stores and restaurants in town. No internet or phone service unless you have ATT or Sprint, though kinda nice being shut off for a couple days.

Stayed Oct 24, 2025Have stayed here a total of 3 times always 3 people. We like the property, we like Utopia also. We bow hunt in D’Hanis and like the proximity. Thank you. Please consider upgrading the living area couch and chair. Not enough support. But that’s minor . Overall we really enjoy the property and location.

Stayed Jul 26, 2024Our overall stay was an amazing time the cleanliness of the cabin was on point. Beds were comfortable got plenty of rest for sure. The family enjoyed spending time together there. You must check out the creek next to the cabin it was beautiful. Just make sure you close the gates there are neighborhood dogs that will come in and knock over and get into the trash cans. Overall it was amazing.

Stayed May 30, 2024This place was clean and quiet. Two things of note: check in email said there is no Wi-Fi password but that's not true anymore and the listing needs to be corrected. Luckily we found the small note with the password on the wall by the tv. In an area where I couldn't get any signal on my VzW cell phone that's an important detail. Second, there's a big difference in temp in different rooms in the house. We froze in the master bedroom while our sons were too hot in the other bedrooms. My step son actually slept on the couch the last night. And it's only June - I would hate to see how hot it is in August. I think adding ceiling fans to the two bedrooms would help a lot. Finally we did enjoy the cats and chickens that hung around the house.
