Stayed Jul 12, 2024Quiet place to stay, clean cabin and well maintained property. About 15 miles from Concan where we swam in the Frio. Had breakfast at cute pie diner in Utopia. Fun weekend with granddaughters.

Stayed Apr 5, 2024The property is well maintained and supplied with plenty of towels and other supplies. Our 13 year old niece spent her days perusing the shore and found a lizard and a salamander. The porch is excellent and would come back in a heartbeat.
