Urban farm on 10 acres 15 minutes to downtown Nashville

Charming. Spotless. Flawlessly executed. Perfect little farmhouse.

The place was very clean and homey. It was quiet and peaceful and a short drive to Opryland and downtown Nashville. David and Janice were very nice and were easy to get in touch with if anything was needed.

We loved this cute BnB Urban Farm house. It was roomy, clean and located in a beautiful rural area with beautiful greenery. The hosts are amazing, friendly and had shared lots of ideas for things to see & do. We will definitely stay here again. Only a few minutes away from downtown Nashville.

We loved our stay at the little White House! The host was very helpful. During our stay we kept saying how nice the place was and it was great that we had a full kitchen as well as a comfortable living space and beds. The kitchen was stocked so if you needed to cook something you definitely could. There was also a dehumidifier which made a difference. The tv was easy to navigate and the couches were very cosy. I’d definitely recommend anyone to stay there!

We had the best time! The home was clean and comfortable. It's in the most wonderful part of town; close to everything but feels like you're away from it all.

The White House was perfect for our stay. It was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better. We enjoyed watching the deer. It was very relaxing.

Such a cute place/was perfect for our trip and only a 15-20min Uber to downtown action. Quiet mornings visiting the ducks and chickens, sitting on the deck and even some deer in the field.

The house was exceptionally clean. The a/c and dehumidifier worked very well. The kitchen was reasonably stocked. The host was very attentive, while the check-in and check-out processes were smooth. The WIFI was slow and spotty.

We had a wonderful stay! The property and house were beautiful. My son loved playing in the yard and watching the ducks and chickens. If you have a chance to see the sunset there you absolutely need to, it was stunning.

We were so blessed to have found this gem for our Nashville stay! The hospitality Mrs. Janice showed us was impeccable! She was so sweet and so accommodating. The house was perfect for me, my husband, and our son. It was so clean and very welcoming. The location of the house to all the things we did was perfect. Nothing was more than 20-30 minutes away, except the NASCAR race, but it was 45 minutes away. If we are ever in the area again, we will be rebooking this amazing space! Book it! You will not regret it!

We came down for a golf trip. This was a perfect location in between all the courses we played. The property matched the description and met every expectation and was also very clean. Communication was simple. The neighborhood felt very safe. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends visiting from out of state!

The communication with the owner was outstanding. Wonderful getaway close to downtown Nashville (15 minutes) but definitely had a rural feel to it. Very clean and everything on the property was as promised. Highly recommend and we will be back the next time we visit Nashville.

The house is great! Very clean and close enough to the city that you can drive in, but far enough away that we got to have a quiet stay. We loved the front porch, and I spend some down time sitting out there reading. The only downside was the internet connection. It was really spotty, and sometimes we couldn't connect at all. Otherwise, a great place to stay!

Location was easy commute to Nashville but also far enough away to take a breather from the city. Great Stay.

Very close to Peeler Park Greenway trail for quick and easy access. Getting to Downtown Nashville was not difficult but congested during rush hours. Gaylord resort and Convention Center and Opry Mills Mall within a few miles.

Beautiful house and location. The house was as described and the hosts greeted us upon our arrival. It was a quiet Escape and relaxing from a day exploring the area.

Our stay was tremendous. The location is close enough to downtown to be convenient but far enough away to be quiet. David and Janice were great and everything was as advertised.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a great spot that was close to much of Nashville but felt out in the country. The kids loved the animals and the host was so gracious and accommodating. We’ll stay here again next time we’re in the area.

We did not want to leave the house. The house was clean as a bell and the beds slept wonderful. The neighborhood was a quiet place with beautiful fields. The owners were wonderful and answered all the questions we had. We will be coming back soon.

We loved this place! It was so nice and cute! It was a 10 min drive to the Opry Mills Mall and a 13 min drive to Broadway. Check in and check out was so easy! And the owners were great! They were always willing to answer our questions! I can’t wait to come back! I highly recommend this property!

Such a unique property in the middle of a bustling zipcode. We truly rested and relaxed at the end of each day. Will keep this as our go to, when in Nashville.

It was so nice to be out in the country after being in the downtown area most of the day. It was so relaxing and the perfect way to unwind. I especially enjoyed the view as we drove towards downtown/East Nashville....very pretty seeing the hills, trees, and exposed rock.

One of the most comfortable sofa I have ever sat on. Heating worked well. Very quiet and serene surroundings. Close to gran ole opry and not far from downtown and airport. Janice and David are wonderful hosts. Only thing I wished , that shower had more water pressure.

This was the perfect getaway for our weekend girl's trip. Me and my daughters (7 and 10) enjoyed a peaceful getaway after the business of the city. Hosts were very kind and accommodating and everything was clean and cozy. It's close enough to the city that you can get there easily, but far enough that you feel like you're getting away. Hard to find a place to stay in Nashville where you can park a 26 foot moving truck and be away from the homeless. This location was perfect. The owners let me park in the driveway and drop a trailer i was towing behind my truck. Quick drive to the stadium and we were on broadway. stadium

Excellent property in amazing situation. Perfect for peaceful breaks between musical visits to Nashville. Nothing was too much trouble for hosts. Easy access to Nashville and ideal for exploring the surrounding area. This was our 3rd visit to Nashville and if we return in the future this would be our first choice of accommodation.
