The house is very well equipped and nicely decorated.

Perfect for two different couples, privacy was perfect house was very clean and just perfect for us!

We stayed for a few nights and enjoyed our stay. The house was very well kept and had everything you could possibly need in case you forgot. Communication was quick and helpful. Only hard thing was arrival and knowing we were in the right spot for how dark it was.

Exceptional place to stay! I appreciated the details and additional supplies available. The coffee, bowl of candies, soaps, makeup removal pads. I’ve never stayed anywhere that was so fully equipped!

We had a great time and It was an excellent place to stay while visiting Nashville. We loved having the 2 master suite. Definitely would recommend

It was close to everywhere we wanted to visit in Nashville and stores in the town. We would definitely recommend staying at this property!

The property was as listed and more. The neighborhood was quiet, close to shopping and entertainment. The host thought outside the box with a lot of amenities that a lot of places do not offer. The host was great to work with. Simply put, you will not be disappointed. We will definitely stay here again.

Lovely home. Beautiful interior decoration and modern remodel made this stay special. Great location for visiting Ryman Auditorium and Grand Ole Oprey and General Jackson Showboat. Host was very friendly, informative and prompt in communication. Can highly recommend this accommodation for the Nashville area.

All spaces were clean and comfortable. Well appointed kitchen and baths. Thoughtful touches throughout. Close enough to every top sightseeing opportunity and, yet, far enough away from the crowds. It felt like home for a fabulous trip!

This place is AMAZING! This was our GODsend after a terrible rental that we had to leave the day before. They have thought of everything anyone would need to be comfortable! Immaculately clean and SO cozy and comfortable. THANK YOU for saving our girl's trip and letting us unwind! We definitely want to come back next year!

Great stay overall—exactly what we needed for our trip. The place was very clean, well-maintained, and the 2 bed/2 bath layout worked perfectly for our family, with the added bonus of a pullout couch and inflatable mattress for extra sleeping space. Would definitely stay here again!

I recently stayed here while visiting Nashville and the home was as described by other reviewers. The space was clean, neighborhood was quiet, and it was fully equipped with everything you could think of. Even though I wasn’t traveling with kids for this trip, I really appreciated the abundance of kid-friendly items available (toys, small chairs/tables etc.). Another big hit were the sound machines in each bedroom for those of us that like nature sounds when relaxing!!! The location was convenient to downtown (15 minutes each way) and maybe just a little over an hour from distillery tours (Uncle Nearest and Jack Daniels). Food and shopping options were also an easy drive (less than 10 minutes).Lastly, communication with the host was super easy and prompt. I received my confirmation and check-in details within the hour of booking and she checked on us throughout our stay.

The house has everything! So cozy and neat, with all necessities. Close to the most turing places. The hosts are nice and quick to respond. We loved it and enjoyed every minute.

This house is exactly as described in VRBO - it is very clean and cozy, as well as up to date. We had everything we needed for a weekend getaway to Nashville and the price was half of the cost for a cramped, one room hotel! Plenty of towels, pillows, dishes, etc and the hosts responded immediately to any questions we had. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful two bedroom duplex. It had everything we needed and wanted. It was located in a residential neighborhood with off street parking. The area was quiet and peaceful. Our host was there for us when needed. An excellent location to be close enough to Nashville yet far enough away for a relaxing evening.

Cozy and comfy stay as expected! Felt safe here as a solo woman traveler which is super important. The area is quiet and residental yet still close to nearly anything you might need. Well stocked! I didn't cook at all but they have everything you would need. Dryer was clean and efficient. I really appreciated the zero water pitcher :)Exceptionally clean and put together. Would totally stay here again next time I'm in town!

My family and I absolutely LOVED staying at Cozy Escape. It’s very rare to find one king size bed, much less TWO in the same house. It was perfect for two couples to have privacy, space, comfortable seating, and so much more. The deck is beautiful and peaceful. We watched kittens playing in the back yard and deer grassing in the neighboring field. The special touches like the sound machine, shampoo/conditioner included, blankets for the sofa, and kids toys for all ages made this place feel more like home than any place we’ve ever stayed. We genuinely didn’t want to leave! Everything was clean, the linens were soft, loved the decorations and the location was PERFECT. Near parks, restaurants, and the highway but still quiet and peaceful. Would give this place 100 stars if possible.

We arrived in the wee early mornings with lights inviting us in. The home was comfortable, everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. Our friends actually commented they woke up for the first time in no pain! Location was perfect for all our activities!

My 81 year old mother, my husband and I stayed in this beautiful condo recently. The condo is beautifully decorated and is quite comfortable. The owner provided many extras from coffee and creamer to makeup wipes, bath gel, shampoo ans conditioner! The location is about 15 minutes from Nashville which was perfect for us as we didn’t want to stay in Nashville. The entire condo was very clean which is a must for me! We hope to stay at this property again!
