Upscale Spectacular Mountain Retreat On The Lake In Georgetown Colorado

Incredible host and property, strongly recommended!

The house was large and held our group well. The kitchen wasn't as large as I expected, but it suited us fine. It was easy to get to ski resorts and other towns. We would stay here again if the opportunity presented itself.

We had a wonderful stay on the Georgetown lake at Donald and Marcia’s property! The host’s communication was phenomenal and the house was extremely clean and spacious. We had plenty of room for our large family and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was stocked with everything we needed for meals. We especially enjoyed the heated garage room that was the perfect for hosting our Christmas games. We already cannot wait to come back and stay again next year!

This was the perfect place to spend the Thanksgiving weekend with the entire family! There's a ton of room for a large group to settle in in comfort, and everyone had a great time! The house offers beautiful views looking across the lake where you can spot big horned sheep on the mountain side. The hosts are super friendly and accommodating! I whole heartedly recommend this house!

The house was perfect for us. Plenty of space and it was stocked with everything we needed. Would certainly rent this house again anytime of year!! Had a wonderful time!Recommend replacing bar stools in kitchen.

This was an amazing property. We chose to get married here and it did not disappoint! The house was beautiful, the owners are very friendly and quick to respond. My family have decided that we will try to have a yearly trip (see how winter or spring look too). 100/100 recommend staying here!

My 5 siblings, their spouses and my husband and I searched for a home big enough for all 12 of us to stay. I came across this wonderful home. Close enough to the Denver airport for those of us that flew in. Beautiful drives to hikes. Nice drives to nearby towns. A great location. We also enjoyed the lake that was right in the backyard. The host were wonderful people too. I would come here again.

Our family stayed at the lake house, which is ON the georgetown lake! VERY Nice home, and a WONDERFUL location! The kids enjoyed fishing and kayaking, and the adjust enjoyed the beautiful view, as well as being walking distance to the brewery! The bedrooms were spacious, with very comfy beds that i could have stayed in all day! The linens smelled AMAZING! The large garage, aka game room, was a huge plus!

The house was perfect for three families to spend Spring Break together and ski at Loveland.

We had 3 families with a total of 14 people. 3 Primary bedrooms was a huge perk! There was plenty of room for us all. Our favorite parts of this house was the view, location to Loveland ski area and the small local towns to walk around in. The lake was frozen and we all enjoyed watching the ice fishing. A huge bonus is the restaurant in walking distance. The food and staff there were great. The ping pong table was so much fun, we had a tournament every night. We would love to return to this great home. The owners are kind ands provide a beautiful, comfortable home.

Our family enjoyed Thanksgiving in this beautiful home and location. The hosts were so easy to communicate with and went above and beyond in helping us to have a relaxing holiday.

We were a group of 11 women celebrating our 25th (!!!) college reunion together. The house was perfect - it had enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us to be comfortable yet was cozy enough for us all to be together. The kitchen was well appointed and the views were gorgeous. Mountains on both sides and the lake right in front. It snowed pretty heavily the day of our arrival. The owner was gracious enough to let us in early so we wouldn’t all be driving in the snow after dark. She was incredibly accommodating and accessible. (Thanks Marcia!!) Honestly the snow added to the charm. We mostly spent our time relaxing in the house together but made an afternoon trip into historic Georgetown which was adorable. Overall I would highly recommend this house for a cozy getaway.

Great location and place is exactly as advertised

This beautiful home is so well-equipped. The rooms are all extremely comfortable and the house is well-stocked. We enjoyed the kayaks, the picnic table, and the firepit. The hosts were gracious and welcoming and made checking in and out quite easy. It was the perfect place for our small family reunion. We'd happily stay here again.

This Georgetown home was perfect for all our needs. It was huge, plenty of rooms to choose from for our 11 guests. The listing is exactly what is listed, no unwanted surprises. The Host was excellent at answering all our questions. I highly recommend this property to anyone! We will definitely choose this home again when we come back with our family.

Beautiful home right on the lake!! Loved fishing right in the backyard and taking the kayaks out! Very clean and comfortable! (Also, each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge plus for our group.)

Had a great time with all the Mountain View’s and lake right out your back door! House was clean and comfortable and very accommodating for all of us! Would definitely go back!

We had a great stay at this wonderful home. We had more than a dozen folks, lots of beds and room for everyone. We did get pushed back for a later check in, which created a little logistical juggling for 5 folks coming in from airports and needing the home at 4 instead of 6. But it was a great stay once we settled in.

We stayed for three nights in early summer with additional families as part of a small reunion. Our group had mostly teen kids. The owner communicated well with us about check in etc. most importantly, it’s a well kept and clean home overlooking the lake. The kitchen is really well stocked and all the amenities were well provided. There are kayaks and a really nice game room which we really enjoyed using as well. The house is also close to a small grocery store that has all the essentials. Several small restaurants are around as well. One bedroom is on the main level which is a plus. A wonderful that I would come back too.
