Beautiful Mountain Condo by the Creek

Excellent!

My family of 4 enjoyed our stay at this Georgetown Mountain Condo. It was perfect for us and had a great view and the location by the stream and walking distance to the lake was a bonus! My teens are already asking to go back ❣️

We loved being right next to the mountains. The place was clean and perfect size for our family. Bed was comfy and easy access to some 14ers and train ride.

I wish I could stay here every time I traveled. Perfect, stream behind the place, quiet, laundry, full kitchen, super roomy

Love the Mountain View. Probably my fault I didn’t know how to use programmable thermostat so thermostat kept going back to default of 62 degrees. But it’s a great property and would love to go back.

This is one of the best appointed and cleanest properties I have rented. Every thing you need to feel at home. Clean and well furnished. I would love to stay there the next time I am in Colorado.

Clean and updated. The owner provide everything we needed. There’s a beautiful creek right outside. Would definitely stay here again!

Convenient location close to the center of Georgetown, thoughtfully appointed amenities and the home was cozy and comfortable. We will be back.

The place was clean, comfortable, loaded with all that you need, including a ton of board games. Instructions were spot on. Host communicated the details required well in advance and kept in touch through the stay to answer questions.

Worked perfectly for a long weekend getaway! Instructions for entry and stay were easy. Bathroom was larger than expected. As previous reviews stated, very clean. Extra linens and pillows available. Used the kitchen to make quick breakfast and warm up leftovers, but easily could have cooked a meal with dishes provided. With 3 adults we even used the roll away bed in the living room for a bit less snoring. Closet full of games and wifi could keep anyone entertained. Location had easy access to town. Plenty of parking. Condo faces the creek just yards away to watch people fish or listen to the water sounds. Would stay again.

Very clean and beds were comfortable! Easy parking and great location for hiking Grays/Torreys and Mt. Bierstadt. The town is walkable and several places to eat. The host was quick to respond to questions I had prior to arrival. We enjoyed our stay here.

Perfect for a Loveland ski vacation and historic Colorado exploring

Place was so clean and cozy! Easy to get to and inside! We drive to winter park one day and copper mountain the other and this was right in the middle of two breweries and a few places to eat in the neighborhood. A little over an hour to airport too. Bonus coffee and creamer in the fridge!!

This location was ideal—conveniently close to restaurants, a gas station, and downtown. The space was clean, comfortable, and spacious, making for a very enjoyable stay. We would definitely return in a heartbeat!

It was a perfect location to travel around and see different Colorado towns and experience things we couldn’t from our state

Great location! (Right next to my cousins condo) We had everything we need.

Just stayed here with my family. Was overly impressed with the place. In additional to all of the normal amenities they also had a coffee grinder, a griddle which we found very helpful. Nice full set of silverware and dishes. Left over nonperishable items were available. Large bathroom. Well stocked. Very clean. Could not be happier with the place. Will definitely stay here again! Reached out to the owner because I couldn't figure out the key in the beginning. He was very nice and did not seemed bother at all with my call and answered right away.
