Stayed Feb 26, 2026Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay. The location was great to walk to locations in the historic district. The house was large and was ideal for our group. Individuals could have privacy in the lower level but the group could still be together on the main level. The elevator was great. One of our group had a recent knee replacement so elevator was greatly appreciated. The only concern was the hot tub. It took two days to heat which cut down on our useage. It would have been nice to have it warm when we arrived. Garage was small but it was nice to have a secure place to park. Management was very helpful. They were prompt in dealing with a television issue.

Stayed Feb 12, 2026They canceled on us as we were at the airport, waiting to board our flight. The alternatives they offered were not acceptable nor were they close enough to our destination. The least they could’ve done was offered us a rental car. I will never use VRBO again, and I will be sure to let everybody I know to not use them either for their accommodations.

Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for my bachelorette weekend and it could not have been more perfect! The house was spacious, spotless, and beautifully set up for a group. We loved having the pool for a fun girls’ night in, and the location was amazing...close to great restaurants, shopping, and everything Savannah has to offer. It truly was the perfect home base for our weekend and made the celebration so special. Highly recommend!

Stayed Jun 19, 2025Three levels with separate kitchens gave space for adults and children. Full bath for each bedroom was convenient for all. Smart set up for VRBO.

Stayed May 12, 2025We enjoyed our stay here! The property was beautiful, clean, and convenient to downtown and lots of places that were walkable. Convenient to some eating places and the cathedral. It was perfect with the downstairs for my elderly parents and my husband and I and our two adult daughters stayed in the bedrooms on the third floor. With a garage and pool as a bonus it was perfect! Will definitely stay here again!

Great space. Great decor. Comfortable. Location location location. We were able to walk a half mile to pretty much everything and weather was amazing so walking was perfect. We will definitely rent this location next time we visit Savannah!
